Climax Heating & Air Conditioning

The furnace wouldn’t light so I checked Homestars for help and found Climax. At 99%, what could go wrong? Sam arrived shortly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and we were done. Friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We had an intermittent loud whirring sound from our furnace. Under Sam's direction I took a recording the next time it happened. He was able to diagnose the problem after a phone call and hearing the recording.
Not only that, he determined that I had an extended warranty for the vent fan unit, ordered the part, picked it up and came and installed it two days later. A call to an earlier furnace repair had told me no parts were available at this time.
Sam was probably the best repairman we have ever had. I would call him for any type of repair that he does.

My hot water tank stopped functioning. I called Climax and Sam arrived the same day. He diagnosed the problem - the ignitor sensor, had the spare part on hand, replaced the old part and had our hot water tank up and running swiftly.

My furnace was making a strange noise so I called Climax Air Conditioning. The technician, Sam was very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. He came back the following day and changed the motor. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them and use their services in the future.

An inducer motor of my Lennox furnace broke. I called the company. Sam came with the new one within an hour. He replaced the inducer motor promptly. He was very nice, and in addition he answered all my questions regarding furnace, water heater, and air conditioner.

This morning our old water heater (installed in 2004) gave out, and we found ourselves without any hot water in the house. We had replaced the thermocouple on this unit a few years ago, and believed it could be the same issue again.

We called Climax in the morning and Sam answered our call. Within 30 minutes, he was at our house looking at our water heater to see if it could be repaired. After trying to replacing the thermocouple again and a deeper inspection, Sam told us that the unit was beyond repair and gave us some options for a replacement. His pricing and quote for a new water heater & installation was very fair and reasonable.

An hour later, Sam and Ali were back at our house with a brand new water heater, and got to work. They replaced our water heater in a very knowledgeable, detailed and professional way. Once finished, they cleaned up and left the area of work in the way it was found. Both Ali and Sam were polite, friendly and answered all our questions throughout the time of this project.
