We called John about a month ago, arranged for him to come to our house to work on a laundry list of various repairs: dry-wall finishing and painting around a new skylight, silicone/caulking showers and kitchen, weather-stripping doors, replacing the laundry vent cover outside, fixing a broken closet rack. John came on the date and time he said he would come, and he did a great job of helping us with all these things. He is friendly, polite, detail oriented and does high quality work. He is also very organized, neat and tidy and it was a pleasure having in our home. John does home projects big and small, and with this great experience with him we would not hesitate to work with John in the future. He is a great handyman!

This morning our old water heater (installed in 2004) gave out, and we found ourselves without any hot water in the house. We had replaced the thermocouple on this unit a few years ago, and believed it could be the same issue again. We called Climax in the morning and Sam answered our call. Within 30 minutes, he was at our house looking at our water heater to see if it could be repaired. After trying to replacing the thermocouple again and a deeper inspection, Sam told us that the unit was beyond repair and gave us some options for a replacement. His pricing and quote for a new water heater & installation was very fair and reasonable. An hour later, Sam and Ali were back at our house with a brand new water heater, and got to work. They replaced our water heater in a very knowledgeable, detailed and professional way. Once finished, they cleaned up and left the area of work in the way it was found. Both Ali and Sam were polite, friendly and answered all our questions throughout the time of this project. Thank you Sam and Ali for helping replace our water heater quickly, professionally and with care. I would highly recommend Sam, Ali and the Climax team for your heating and cooling needs.

I called John after seeing his reviews here on HomeStars. He answered quickly and politely; and we agreed on a date and time for him to come to replace an old leaky bathroom faucet, replace leaky/old shut off valves, and fix some shower/sink drains that were clogged up. John was punctual and arrived on time (he texted me 10 min before he was arriving) and he did a great job overall. He is very knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions, and did all the replacements and fixes professionally and carefully. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up, and he himself was very aware to keep his work clean (he wore gloves and shoe covers while working). When the work was completed, he took time to show me what he had done, answered further questions and showed me what the issues were. This is the first time I have had to call a plumber to my house, and John made me feel very comfortable and confident in having him in my house to deal with my plumbing issues. Needless to say, John is a master plumber and I am happy to give him this review, refer him to friends/family who need plumbing services and call him again for future needs.
