My hot water tank stopped functioning. I called Climax and Sam arrived the same day. He diagnosed the problem - the ignitor sensor, had the spare part on hand, replaced the old part and had our hot water tank up and running swiftly.
Sam is terrific to work with: prompt, neat, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I highly recommend him.
