I would like to thank all of the staff at Reliance Furnace for there outstanding professional dedication especially to Chris Giankos for it was not a pleasant day to be installing a brand new furnace in blizzard like conditions also like to thank him for answering all our questions about the furnace also for coming back to Finnish up a few touches that he felt he had to do he has a great work ethic he's definitely a keeper THANK YOU ALL once again

We recently moved here from Ontario and so the company and it's good reputation for product and service excellence was well known to us. We needed to replace our hot water tank and so we called on Reliance once again. Lorne and Darryl were our installers and I am happy to report that the service was, as in the past, prompt, professional, and friendly. Thanks again for a job well done.

From the time we called Reliance and met with Janice M., Advisor to the completed installation by Chris G. and Rob H. everything was done with complete knowledge of the product and our requirements. They showed up at the scheduled time, cleaned up and were good sports about the confined space in a modular home. These are the go to people. Thanks to all of you from start to finish.

Our furnace was a 37 yr old tank it was costing us an arm and leg to heat our home. Craig came to our house and I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty from the start. I was so impressed we didn't shop around with any other company. He didn't try to sell the most expensive system out there. Our installers Chris and Rob were awesome! They did an amazing job and I can't believe the heat! The showed up on time and were very professional. They went the extra mile on everything. Will most likely go with a tank less water heater from them as well. I will be recommending them to others who are in need of a new furnace and plan to use them for all my furnace needs. My furnace quit on a Thursday, Had A relative contact a company he recommended . Craig from Reliance phoned me and came out very quickly with a quote and the Seniors Assistance forms ready. He was very personable and knowledgable . He had delivered to my home three very effective heaters for the night and sent the new furnace and installers the next morning. How could it be better? It was , the installers were also amazing. You want professional. And courteous service, look no further.

We saw Reliance at the home show and requested a quote. Jan came to our house and was very friendly and knowledgable. We were very impressed with her presentation and professionalism and decided to go ahead with Reliance after getting 2 other quotes. The installers, Chris and Lorne were neat, organized and very efficient.
