Furnace, A/C, HW Tank L.T. from Calgary 1 May 27, 2014, Calgary 10 Recently we had 2 furnaces, 2 A/C units, 2 humidifiers, 2 wireless thermostats, a direct vent hot water tank installed by Chris, Skylar, Daryl and Rob from Reliance and a new sub-panel installed by Reliance's electrical contractor (Stallion Systems) in April, 2014. This was not an easy installation as the basement configuration made it difficult. However, the team made a hard job look easy and they resolved any concerns that came up during the installation. When it was all done the job looked great. The units have been running for the last month now and everything is working 100%. Thank-you Chris for you and your team's hard work! Thank-you to Craig and John for approving the free replacement of my existing hot water tanks with a more compatible model that would work better with the new furnaces and venting system. I am a tradesman myself and can see that the job was done in a professional manner. Reliance went above and beyond to work through the complex nature of this installation and all the while they continued to be polite, supportive and cooperative while answering my many questions.
