We discovered some potential water damage in our basement walls and had some contractors out to look at it. Stelios came out on Friday and quickly isolated the actual problem to a leak in our drain stack from the upstairs bathroom. He offered to come the next day (Saturday) to open up the walls in the basement for us to help isolate the location and we agreed. He came, opened the walls and found that a joint was leaking on the stack. He brought in a plumber for us (on Saturday) to repair the damage and offered to provide the emergency service needed to clean up and disinfect everything. Monday morning he was there with a bin, team, and equipment to clear out and disinfect everything... By Wednesday, we had a clean basement ready to be repaired. Stelios was considerate, helpful, and efficient in every thing he did. What could have been a very stressful event turned out to be just a minor inconvenience thanks to Stelios!

Stelios was fantastic. My mother’s basement was completely flooded, complicated by a backed up toilet and raw sewage! He called in experts for specialty jobs, he did the job to our complete satisfaction, called in for specialty equipment and all over the weekend. Furthermore Stelios was a fantastic help with the insurance liaison to ensure follow on activities went smoothly. Stelios came recommended from the emergency plumber we called out when the Sump Pump Connection failed, so that the Sump was blasting all of the ground water into the basement as opposed to out! Stelios and his crew were amazing. They showed up that evening, and were back in within about 12 hours to rip up the floors, remove the necessary baseboards/damaged wall and then set up the de-humidifyers and fans so that the entire basement was fully dried out within a couple of days. Everyone worked very hard and were amazingly polite! I would definitely call them again, I just hope its not for a flood!

They were very nice, professional, personable and they did an amazing job. They took the time to make sure the finishing touches like paint were done well and they cleaned up very well after each day.
