A few years ago, I used carpetdeals.ca to replace the carpet in my family room and on 2 staircases. I was very happy with the service they provided and with the quality of the products and the installation. Fast forward to today, and needing to replace the carpets in my bedrooms, hallway and on another staircase, I didnt hesitate to give them my business again. Once again, the service was excellent. They were even able to provide the exact same carpet that I had installed a few years ago. The new carpet blends seamlessly with the old.

The sales rep, Dan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up at the scheduled time, took measurements and explained the process and options available to us. He ordered the carpet and kept us up to date on the arrival time of the carpet to their facility. An installation date was quickly booked at our convenience.

The installers arrived on time and moved a few pieces of furniture for us. They quickly went to work removing and disposing of the old carpet and underpad. Nothing was left behind for us to deal with. The installers were friendly and had the new carpet in place very quickly.

My experience with Carpet Deala was excellent. From the very first email correspondence, Jeff was very friendly and accommodating and provided me with good solutions to my questions. The pricing was very reasonable. Followed by Sergio the sales rep who came to our house and spent 45 minutes explaining all the different types of carpet we were interested in. Quickly there after we had the installers come and do our basement stairs and they were done within an hour. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Great team from the start to the install. Corey came to the house with a bunch of samples . Our son picked out the one he liked and with in a week and a few days (at our request) they called to set up the install date. The window of time was BANG ON!
We were all so presently surprised how quick the install went.
Again what GREAT experience it was so now we are ready to have two more areas of our house done.
P.S. the web site surly was a wealth of information that helped us.

We were very pleased with everything from the initial in home quote and carpet selection to the installation. I removed and disposed of the old carpet and underpad, which saved some money, but I still feel Carpet Deals provided excellent value for the dollar.
