Our experience with Romaniuk Heating and air conditioning started when our ancient furnace in our just bought house stopped working very late on a Friday night. We called Romaniuk on Saturday to set up an appointment the same day. Alex came and confirmed our thoughts of a faulty ignition but he also mentioned some other things that we would need to repair in the near future. Since we had mentioned that we were looking to replace the unit in the spring, he said that it didn't make sense to keep putting money into something we were going to replace. We set up an appointment for someone to come and show us some options. They were very accommodating with coming quite late in the day, as my husband would be getting home later than their regular appointment times. Brandi was very knowledgeable about the product. We didn't feel pressured to buy top of the line at all. He explained all the options in depth, which made choosing our new units quite easy. We set up an appointment for the next day for the install. Nolan, Jordan and John came right on time. They were very efficient with their work, and knowledgable about the units they were installing. They went above and beyond my expectations. They had no problems dealing with the problems they encountered in our house. They were also very clean and made sure any mess they made was cleaned up before the they left.
We would certainly recommend Romaniuk heating and air conditioning for our friends in the future. It was a great company to deal with. All of their representatives were very professional and efficient

Kudos to Ryan for his quick and accurate information over the phone when my ancient furnace stopped working two days ago (after business hours). He politely corrected my own mistaken diagnosis and, with his help, I got my furnace restarted in very short order. No charge. No service call. Now there's an honest professional, indicative of a well-run family business!

The owner of this company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfying the customer. When it was decided it was time for a new furnace and hot water heater Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning was the perfect choice. Two years later we get a pressure switch error on the furnace and of coarse it's on a Sunday. I call and talk to a service rep and he tells me the warranty on labour just expired a week ago and it was going to cost $300. I asked for the owners number and called him and explained the situation. He was at the CFR and said it would cost him money to have someone come out on a Sunday. I said I understood and he said to call on Monday and it would be fixed for no charge. When the service tech finished fixing the furnace he charged my wife $250 dollars. I was out of town so when I found out I called the owner and he apologized and said he would take care of it which he promptly did. So if you're looking for quality and excellent customer service you need not look any further.

I enquired about furnace replacement at Costco and they had a special deal on with Romaniuk heating and A/C (I was glad to see a local independant company as the sub-contractor). I spoke with a company rep in the Costco store in Edmonton and he was very knowledgeable (thankfully as I had lots of questions) and took my information so that I could get an "In home" consultation. They were very accommodating and were able to attend my residence within a couple days of initial contact. Dave, the sales rep was also knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward with the required information. Once agreed upon, the installation date was within 2 weeks of the consultation.

Day of installation, Nolan and Jordan arrived on time and were enthusiastic to say the least. They were very curtious and proffessional, ensuring that my home was protected with floor runners etc. In no time flat they had the old furnace removed and out of the house. Being a "do it your selfer", I had several questions and concerns, all of which were willingly handled by Nolan and Jordan. The installation was done way sooner than I expected and it looked perfect. The finished product was way beyond my high expectations. The workmanship was at a level that you just don't see anymore, for 2 young guys to ensure that a job of this nature is literally done perfectly is unbelievable. I have been a tradesman since the late 80's and always felt I did my job to 110%, Nolan and Jordan are those guys! The level of knowledge was impressive to say the least and both Nolan and Jordan were great down home guys, I felt very confortable with them in my residence. The overall experience was great, what could have been stressful was actually enjoyable. At the end of the day I have a great product that was clearly quieter that my previous furnace and with a flawless install...perfection! Thanks Romaniuk, keep up the good work.

New Furance installed a couple of days ago by Nolan/Jordon. These two employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient . They also explained how to maintain and operator this product . The city inspection passed with flying colours. Thanks to Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning for the excellent service.
The estimator Dave also was a great asset and help with which Furance would be best for my home. Great work by all.

Our air conditioner decided to pack it this summer. Seeing how our furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank were original with our house over 20 years ago we figured it was probably time to do a complete replacement of those systems. We knew wanted a Lennox product for our new furnace and air conditioner and since we like to support locally owned and operated businesses, Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning matched our requirements. Dave came by to do the estimate and gave an excellent explanation of our options and the costs involved. There was no sales pressure from Dave but since we had done prior research we were happy to hire Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning to do our equipment replacement without soliciting further estimates since we wanted the work done right rather than having it done the cheapest. The crew of Nolan, Kris and Jordan showed up on the day arranged to do the work. They were courteous, professional and did an excellent job on the installation, which was easily approved by the city inspector.

I needed a new furnace for a townhouse. I had gotten several companies out to quote but a few declined to quote because of the tight fit where the furnace sat. I was very impressed with the sales consultant (Brandie) who explained the various issues and how they would be able to solve them. The install went smooth as well (Nolan, Jordan) and city OK-ed everything. I would highly recommend Romaniuk.

The crew of Nolan and Jordan called and notified us that they would arrive in 30 minutes or so and arrived ontime, were friendly and introduced themselves. They laid floor runners, ran into a problem, found a solution and carried on in a very professional manner. They removed the garbage, cleaned up any mess that had been made during the installation. Nolan went through the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. The entire job was top notch and professional. Great crew and so happy with the new furnace!

The install was done by Nolan and Jordan. We were incredibly impressed with their work. It was a rainy day and the unit was placed in a spot we had used for garden. That means it was very muddy. N & J were incredibly careful to not track any mud into the house. The work was done cheerfully and efficiently. A modification to the original plan required making a hole in a basement bathroom ceiling. The hole was neatly cut to the smallest possible size and will be easy to repair. The final work was incredibly neat and precise. When they left, the utility room they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived! Nolan took me through the work in detail after they were done and was proud to show off the undisputed quality of his work. We recommend Romaniuk.
