Kudos to Ryan for his quick and accurate information over the phone when my ancient furnace stopped working two days ago (after business hours). He politely corrected my own mistaken diagnosis and, with his help, I got my furnace restarted in very short order. No charge. No service call. Now there's an honest professional, indicative of a well-run family business!
