Was very impressed with the service right from the start. Nolan and Kris did a quick and clean installation of the a/c unit. They were very friendly and took the time to go over all the details and answer all our questions.
We had some troubles with our air conditioner in the first couple weeks and Romaniuk was prompt in scheduling someone to come out. They sent out Alex who was able to solve the problem and fix it within a reasonable time frame (it was not the a/c unit but a problem with our furnace).
Our neighbors ended up getting an a/c unit also and when Romaniuk was there they popped over to see if everything was working out for us. Amazing customer service!!!!

Nolan, Jordan and Darrien were very professional in providing the installation and set-up service for our new Lennox Furnace and A/C Unit. Their workmanship was thorough and thoughtful to the extent of placing the vents on the less used side of the house versus our patio. They were careful in navigating through our home and cleaned their work area, completely. I will certainly recommend Romaniuk to other for their quality and care of workmanship. I should also note, that their Electrician Contractor Jordy MacDonald, Owner at Prestige Electric was very expedient to arrive on short notice to make the electrical connection.

A long unused gas line in the basement, which had previously been used for a gas clothes dryer needed to be capped off near the ceiling and out of the way. Alex removed the existing cap and removed the excess gas line. He used the existing gas shut off valve and the cap repositioning them out of the way near the ceiling. He explained his plan, was methodical in his work and completed the job using existing pieces. He was personable and competent. In addition, he cleaned up the area before completing the invoice. I would recommend his workmanship.

The sales consultant took the time to size the appropriate AC unit for our home specifications and explained everything in detail without pushing any aggressive sales pitches. AC installers and electricians arrived on time as scheduled, were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and performed their work with a much appreciated and obvious emphasis on quality and perfection. At the end of the day we received an excellent Lennox Air Conditioning unit for a decent deal (backed by Costco), great product consultation advice, high quality installation services and a very pleasant end-to-end customer experience. Great customer service from the start with Dave B. Didn't try & sell us the biggest most expensive AC unit, was very transparent and knowledgeable. Nolan and Kris were our installers, they showed up at the exact timed promised and they were excellent, both extremely professional. Looked after all the little details and explained how everything worked. Very happy with the whole process. Would recommend Romanuik to anyone!

I had a furnace and hot water tank installed by Nolan and Kris. They were courteous, had a professional demeanor, and performed excellent work. Very satisfied with the end result.

Hate dealing with trades but Nolan and Kris were great. They arrived on time, did a great job,and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they did and how to care for the unit. Went above our expectations. Will recommend these two guy to my friends/family!

Service was very good. Our Sales guy, Brandie, came to my house and answered all my questions honestly. No pressure and no deposit was needed. Brandie was able to work around my schedule to book the installation. Very happy with the whole process.

Nolan and Kris did the install. They came on time, worked fast, left no garbage. Caulking outside was clean. All cables and pipes are neatly installed. They also helped us test the system and explained how everything worked and how to balance the fair flow in yhe house and direct cold air to the rooms that get most hot.

Lennox XC14 is a nice ac unit. It's very quiet compared to other units. Price was competitive in our area, and good value for the equipment and service we got.

Great job, everything went smoothly. Went with the Costco offer which effectively knocks off another $650 and made their quote the most cost effective.
Mark and Brent who did the installation were professional and easy to talk to, answered any questions, and did a nice clean installation. David B. who came by to finalize the quote was easy to deal with and made the buying process as relatively stress free as any home improvement can be.
