We got quotes from a few vendors as our hot water tank stopped working properly. Romaniuk came in at a lower price so we went with them, even though there was technician from a different vendor who seemed much more thorough and knowledgeable. Right before the Romaniuk installer came, we get a call from the person who gave us the quote telling us that he forgot to include the piping cost, even though he was the one who told us they need to be replaced (while other vendors told us it didn't... and in the end, it didn't). The new price ended up being MORE than the vendor we actually preferred. As the installer was already on the way and we were without hot water, we felt like we had no choice. The installer was fantastic, able to do some workarounds as our previous tank setup wasn't ideal, but we feel duped by the person who quoted us, not to mention that whoever is doing the quoting really needs to know more about plumbing in general, not just their own products.

After posting a similar Google review, Romaniuk responded quickly saying someone would call me to discuss my concerns. I didn't expect a follow up call, nor did I get one even 3 weeks later. So yeah, they don't do what they say. And anything short of a refund of at least a large portion of the added cost sprung on us last-minute is unacceptable, so don't waste my time.

Had no heat in my modular home heating furnace. Tech came and diagnosed the problem in minutes, installed what was needed and did not overcharge. Best part about it was that A. He was in the area earlier and called to come over sooner and B, He explained every part of the process as he did so.

Service was great and all questions were answered regarding the new furnace.
Costs and the different selections of furnaces were explained thoroughly.

The sales and installation staff were very professional, on time and did excellent work. The installation was in late fall, ad needed adjustments in the early summer the next year. Romaniuk was responsive and completed the work in a timely manner.

Installed without issue on day it was promised. Subsequent service requirements met without issue. Workers are polite answer questions well.

Tough to get a good technician in todays market. Once we had Nick assigned to our job, things went flawlessly. Excellent service, technically sound, and very professional to deal with. Excellent service from Nick.

It was time to update the furnace, tankless water heater and A/C in my home. Romaniuk gave solid advice on the needs for my home with a reasonable quote. The day of installation did not exactly go as clockwork, however, the team of technicians addressed all the issues immediately and by end of day all the new equipment was in place and operational with little mess. All subsequent questions and issues have been responded to efficiently and effectively. I am confident that any future difficulties will be handled in the exact same manner.
