Our experience with Romaniuk Heating and air conditioning started when our ancient furnace in our just bought house stopped working very late on a Friday night. We called Romaniuk on Saturday to set up an appointment the same day. Alex came and confirmed our thoughts of a faulty ignition but he also mentioned some other things that we would need to repair in the near future. Since we had mentioned that we were looking to replace the unit in the spring, he said that it didn't make sense to keep putting money into something we were going to replace. We set up an appointment for someone to come and show us some options. They were very accommodating with coming quite late in the day, as my husband would be getting home later than their regular appointment times. Brandi was very knowledgeable about the product. We didn't feel pressured to buy top of the line at all. He explained all the options in depth, which made choosing our new units quite easy. We set up an appointment for the next day for the install. Nolan, Jordan and John came right on time. They were very efficient with their work, and knowledgable about the units they were installing. They went above and beyond my expectations. They had no problems dealing with the problems they encountered in our house. They were also very clean and made sure any mess they made was cleaned up before the they left.
We would certainly recommend Romaniuk heating and air conditioning for our friends in the future. It was a great company to deal with. All of their representatives were very professional and efficient
