This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The "technition" came out and cleaned my stove then charged me $290 to do this. The burner wasn't fixed and the company never called back. When I did get them back he failed to fix the unit a 2nd time. No call back again. After 4 more weeks I reached them and they said I had to give a model number for the unit to be replaced. Wonder why they didn't have that info considering they were here twice already?!?! Then there was supposed to be a further charge to replace the burners. At this point I gave up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE HOMESTARS RATING THEY GET!

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. This is partly my fault for not checking these reviews, and I have never felt compelled to write a review of my own until now, but hopefully it helps people avoid them. The repairman was nice enough, although he came over for an $80 service call, which turned into a $280 service, that 'fixed' everything. I was told I would not have to pay for labour if they have to order a part and come back, which is why 80 turned into 280. However, after only a few loads, machine does not work again, and they want another $330 this time. And that's not to mention that my washer actually sounded worse, the moment he left.

I was shocked that my dryer didn't last a load before the felt liner replacement the serviceman had installed fell out of place and into the drum. $316 for complete incompetence! This company's expertise is gaming for victims, not honest repair work. Foolish me for not reading these reviews beforehand.

Tony was awesome - diagnosed the problem, did a thorough review and repaired it quickly. Very polite and showed me / explained exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend!

Avoid this company. We called them re a faulty door gasket on a 16 month old whirlpool fridge. Tech convinced us we needed a new defrost timer. Installed it at an inflated price and said it was fixed. It wasn't. Took them more than a week to return and they were in and out saying "you need a new door gasket". It appears the defrost timer they installed may have fried the other electrics. Paid them $550.00 to completely ruin our appliance. They refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. Avoid at all cost.

Do NOT use this company! This is one of the worst companies (if not the worst) that I have ever had to deal with. I had a repair man go to my tenant's house (I am renting out a unit), and he "fixed" the fridge stating that it will be good for another 15years and it requires no parts or extra labor. Two days after he left my tenant informed me the fridge wasn't working properly again. I called to arrange him to come again to my house (NOT on the same day as claimed by their site). I had to rearrange my schedule to get another day off work only to have them call me and say that they couldn't come on that day anymore. Working with these people is a horrible experience and they lack the common decency to adhere to their websites claims and service guarantees. I spoke to the Manager who said that they couldn't send someone for another two weeks (claimed it was "impossible"), and then had another worker call me and change it to the following week even (and then they called to cancel that date). STAY AWAY! giving them 0 stars is a giving them way too much credit. Do not believe anything on their site and save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
