I replaced the shingles on my roof almost 10 years ago (not by Quality First Roofing) and during that time I had my shingles blow off on three separate occasions. Michael from Quality First Roofing came and did the repairs on the last two occasions and was always the first to respond out of all the other contractors I contacted. After the last windstorm I decided to have Michael and his team from Quality First Roofing replace my entire roof. Micheal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the various options and he was always responsive and friendly. The work was performed earlier than scheduled and his team completed the job in one day! They also left the premises clean and our neighbors said they had very positive interactions with the crew during the day. I would definitely recommend Quality First Roofing to anyone looking have their shingles replaced or for minor repairs. Thanks again Michael - great job!

Michael and his crew were fantastic. He scheduled us within the time frame he promised, and was very responsive leading up to the job with any questions we had. Our flat roof required more work than he originally thought, yet he honoured his quote and got the job done all in one day. He was onsite working as well and the clean up was also very impressive. We highly recommend Quality First Roofing. Our flat tar and gravel roof had a slow leak. Michael's quote was very competitive. In scheduling the job, he kept us fully informed. On the day the work was done, the team was very courteous and respectful of our property. They spend an inordinate amount of time preparing the job site to ensure no damage would be done to our house or garden when the old roof was removed and taken away. The roof work completed seems really thorough especially given the amount of time spent on the details around the skylight flashing. The job was completed in one day as promised even though they had to work until 8pm. In spite of the late hour, they thoroughly cleaned up our front and back yards before leaving. We highly recommend them.

Michael and his Team at Quality First exceeded my expectations of a Roofing company in every aspect of the job. Communication, before during and after, preparation/protection of the site, level of workmanship, and exceptional clean up. Our job required removal of an old damaged slate roof before a new one could be installed and in extremely tight circumstances. Michael rose to these challenges even impressing our neighbours with the teamwork and 100% clean up. Michael was present at all times whether supervising or doing the work himself. And he’s always a “gentleman” to boot. Quality First may be the best experience I’ve had with any trade ever.

After the May 4th wind storm, we had strips of our shingles flying off our roof. We tried unsuccessfully to get a roofer we had used in the past come out to repair our roof. Fortunately, I got Mike's number through a friend and despite being super busy, Mike arranged for Matt to come out the same day I called to repair our roof. Since we have an older home, the roof construction has gaps, so with the rains on Saturday evening, we would have had further interior damage. Mike and Matt are our heroes and Quality First Roofing is definitely our go-to roofing company going forward.

This is the company you should call. No need to look elsewhere. Winds on Friday 4 May blew shingles off the roof. I called Quality Roofing Ltd. Michael responded immediately and had Kelly out the next day Sat 5 May. He gave me a quote and I paid only what he quoted. He was very pleasant and professional. He did the work promptly and showed before and after pics. Both Michael and Kelly kept in contact with me to let me know when they were coming. Thanks so much guys. I appreciate you both wanted to make it water tight before the rain Sunday. Also thank you both for being genuinely good people. I have already told 3 friends to call Michael.
