Professional service from the initial meeting to the project completion. Very good warranty. Clear explanations from the project manager. We were kept informed of the project schedule, aside from being informed of when the project was actually completed.

Integrity Roofers certainly lived up to their name. They were a very professional company, from their contracts to their product offerings. My roof had sprung a few leaks in the past year and it was time to get it fixed.

I met with Michael to assess my roofing situation. He allowed me to explain what I was looking for and gave me several options to choose from. Michael was very thorough, taking into consideration all my criteria. After a thorough consultation, we came to an agreement on what was to be done. He drew up a contract and we met a second time.

Before the second meeting, Cory, one of the tradesmen, came by to start the work. He was very friendly and professional. He asked me if I was ok with heights and invited me to come up on the roof so he could show me first-hand the many problems with my roof. He said it would be better than taking photos and showing them to me on a screen. I was shocked at the state of my roof: shingles were missing, tiles worn down, riddled with holes, nails popping, bare wood showing through. Cory pointed out a particularly bad part of my roof where there was a hole under the shingles due to poor construction. He called Michael, who showed up within half an hour.

Michael explained the nature of the problem due to poor design and incorrect materials used. I found out later that he had in-depth knowledge of architectural concepts and practices. I appreciated his technical explanations of the principles behind good roof design and materials.

We went inside and Michael brought out the contract. I was impressed with its level of detail, all of which Michael explained, such as the manufacturer of the products and the associated warranties.

Work did not start as anticipated due to inclement weather such as high winds. One of the days it was supposed to rain, so I called the company and talked to Shay Barat, the owner. I asked him to have someone come over and at least cover the area of the roof that was in question. He sent Michael who did a great job temporarily patching up the area with underlayment cloth and taking photos to show me the work.

Finally, after a forecast of good weather they came to do the work. Everything was completed quickly with a high quality of workmanship. After it was done, Michael invited me up to inspect my new roof. He continued to elucidate many aspects of my roof like the Ridgevent they used instead of traditional outtake vents. He mentioned the Bernoulli effect of the fins on the Ridgevent to draw air out of my attic. I really valued information like this, which he personalized to my level of understanding; it helped me a great deal to conceptualize the overall physics of my roof and its function. I took many photos as proof of Integrity Roofers quality work.

Several days later, Michael set up an appointment to go over the work done and receive my final installment. This showed me that the company was not overly concerned about receiving payment until I was happy.

Some personal observations about this company:
- The workers are friendly and courteous to each other. The last thing I need is a company that has internal strife.
- I was able to inspect all the materials used and verify their make and model to ensure compliance within exiting manufacturer warranty standards. In this case, Integrity Roofers used CertainTeed products that I researched and found to be top quality in North America.
- I am a person who does not like to worry about things like my roof. I would much rather spend my precious time and energy on my family and other worthwhile things. Integrity Roofers offers quality products and workmanship at a reasonable cost and top-notch service. These allow me to pursue the better things in life, instead of worrying about my roof a few years later because I scrimped some dollars on cheaper materials and a questionable roofing company.
- Integrity Roofers are CertainTeed accredited. The roofing industry is very unregulated so almost anything goes. With CertainTeed accreditation, I can be assured of hassle-free warranty claims if there was ever any dispute.
- Many contractors take your money and disappear. I heard this from friends and neighbors who have had this happen to them. Shay, the owner, is not afraid of being visible and available to me after our contract has ended. He will not disappear after he has my money. This shows tremendous confidence in his team to deliver a high quality product and experience to his clients.
- From my several conversations with Shay, who likes to visit every client site, I have to say that he is quality person. In fact, I told him that had we met under different circumstances we could be good friends. That is the type of person I admire and like to deal with.

Needed my garage roof re-shingled. Micheal gave me a very competitive quote, as well as a very comprehensive written proposal spelling out all the steps involved, including the warranty. The job was completed in a day and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional from start to finish.

The knowledge, level of service, and professionalism of everyone in the team was impressive, resulting in trust and confidence that the work was done right, and thus will prove by next spring that our ice damming issue is finally resolved.

Like many others, we had difficulty looking for a company we felt comfortable with after a few misses in the past. Nobody we knew felt confident to recommend theirs either. Found tIntegrity Roofers on the web as a relatively new company but with great reviews.

As per reviews, Michael did assess, present and patiently explained the options to address the many problem areas we had, such as mixed-style venting, insufficient insulation, insufficient soffit venting, and a wall-sized window design that lended itself susceptible to the issue.

Every member of the crew did in fact perform his task very well to the detail, and keen on rechecking that they are hitting the problem area.

When our minimally-vented soffits were discovered during the work to be completely blocked by old wooden soffits underneath, Michael initiated discussion with Shay, without us asking, for a better price to cover the extra removal work that had to be added.

While we need to wait till next spring thaw and similar winter conditions as the past year to test the solution, we feel assured that it will work, and should any unexpected minor issues arise, that they will also be promptly and effectively addressed.

We think we have found a very capable and trustworthy company to serve our current and future needs. Thank you to every member of the team.

I had to fix a leak in a flat roof for a part of my house. Before I contacted integrity roofers, I got an estimate from a different company that had a very high rating. That other company told me the entire roof had to be replaced. That didn't make sense to me, because the flat roof was fairly new, and looking at it from my window on the second floor, it looked perfect.

So I called Integrity Roofers for a second opinion. Phil came by, and he is the production manager. I could see that he was experienced and very skilled. He told me there was nothing wrong with the flat roof, and he showed me a photograph he took of the problem: a couple of broken shingles where the gable roof was joining The flat roof. Phil did the work on the same morning, and the bill came to $350. This saved me $8000. When dealing with Phil and talking by phone to the owner Shay, I got the strong impression that I was dealing with honest people

Shay and his team were efficient, reliable and honest. They took pictures to show us the condition before and after replacing the roof. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

I did my roof 5 years ago when we moved into this house. Back then My parents got estimates from several roofing companies and they decided to go ahead with a cheaper one. Because of the ice storm and many snow days last winter, my eavestrouph got damaged and I had to replace it (through another company, not with Integrity Roofers). When the workers finished their job, they told me that my roof was not completed. I was puzzled since the roof was done 5 years ago. I went up the roof for the first time of my life and saw what they meant. Even to my eyes my roof didn't look good. Also, there was a small leak on my kitchen ceiling.

I contacted many roofing companies found on HomeStars, half of them never replied back to my phone call / email. I also didn't want to give my job to a company that sub contracts their jobs. I finally contacted Integrity Roofers (I liked their name) and they sent Michael to my house to give me an estimate.

Michael is a very friendly and detailed person. He inspected my roof inside and out, and sent me a report the following day. Everything looked so professional. They stood behind their name, and guaranteed their work. Their estimate was in fact higher than the other estimate that I received, but I didn't want to follow my parents' mistake again by going with a cheaper option. I really wanted to get things done right this time.

Now that they set the date to do the job, it got delayed forever because of the weather. How frustrate it was just to wait for them to do the job when I know that there is a leak in my house! I called Michael and he assured me that my leak is not very serious and asked me to be a little more patient.

Finally, Phil's crew came to my place and finished the job. Just to make sure everything is fine I went up the roof again and was very satisfied. (Please note that I provided the black shingles they used to fix the roof which don't go with the original brown ones)

I am now good friends with Michael after talking to him so many times about my roof concerns. I will contact him again for any future issues (if any!) and am sure that he will gladly take good care of them. I will definitely recommend Integrity Roofers to my families and friends.

I needed to replace my old roof. I received quotes from several roofing companies. Michael arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and patience. He took the time to explain the whole process. He also addressed issues in my attic and created proper ventilation and insulation. Their quote was competitive and I am glad I gave them the job. The crew arrived on time, were polite and hard working. They left the job site clean.
From start to finish- great work by integrity roofers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted 7 roofing companies for estimates on a full roof shingle replacement. Of those 4 called back, and of those 4, only 3 showed up to give quotes. Among the group that provided quotes, Integrity Roofing was bar none, the most thorough with their inspection and assessment of the situation, and made a point of educating me as to roof decks, mold colonies, shingle types and ventilation (Thank you Michael!) In comparison, the other companies who quoted, certainly were lower in cost, but none took the time to fully assess the situation by going into the attic to inspect the underside of the existing roof nor to review the state of ventilation in the attics (as it happened my limited number of sofits had no baffles and the contractor 12 years ago who topped up the insulation, blocked all of the intake ventilation).

I am glad that I chose Integrity, as I have every confidence that my new roof will likely withstand whatever Mother Nature will throw our way in the years to come.

The crew from the first guys who installed the temporary roof cover, to the subsequent crew that replaced the entire roof, were professional, courteous and left the job site very tidy.

My roof was leaking badly, and I was having trouble finding anyone to come look at it right away. Michael and Shay took a look, gave me a fast quote after showing me pictures of the issues, and then covered us up until they could get the work done. The fall is roofers' busiest time, of course, so we had to wait a week or so until they could get to us, but in the meantime we were safe and dry. Once they started the work, their crew was polite, clean, and hard-working -- some of them even worked on Thanksgiving weekend to move the job along. They discovered they didn't need to do some of the work they'd expected, so they came in under quote as well, which was pretty great. So we now have an attractive and guaranteed water-proof roof. And their clean-up was excellent.
