During the recent windstorm we had some shingles blown off of our roof. Called Integrity Roofers and they came at the promised time, checked the roof, got the proper shingles and repaired it very quick. I had another problem which I showed to the guy and he even took care of this one too. Recommended them to my friends.

This company did an amazing job. There were some unexpected changes to the work, but they took care of everything and did so in a very professional manor. Great job all around. Good price, good service, good end result.

Our neighbour had called to let us know we needed to have a roofer come out to take a look at our roof, before we had more serious problems inside the house. We called 2 other roofing companies before calling Integrity Roofers. One company gave a quote without even looking at the roof (very unprofessional) and the other company quoted much higher to do the same work as Integrity Roofers. Shay Barat (CEO of Integrity Roofers) personally came out to assess our roofing requirements and provided a quote after reviewing the condition of our roof. He took pictures of everything so we could see for ourselves the damage and what needed to be replaced. Shay is very thorough and experienced in his field. Shay explained everything that we needed and why it was needed. He had samples of shingles and videos showing us how and where and why changing the air flow in the attic would help for better ventilation compared to the existing ventilation and at the end of the day, a cost saving benefit to us. He also provided additional insulation in the attic. Our experience in dealing with Shay and his employees, including the workers that came out to do the work, we found everyone was very polite and professional. After the work was completed, Shay came back to make sure that the property was as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofers as they are very professional and hard working. We bought a home that needed a completely new roofing system and used Shay and his crew in September 2016 for our new roof. Shay was very thorough and detailed in his assessment of our roofing needs, he took the time to go up on the roof and into the attic when determining what work was necessary. He was always available for any questions we had and the crew working on the roof were very respectful, hardworking and careful. We purchased our home 4 years ago. The previous owners had invested in shingles, however they neglected the importance of the ventilation, because of that, part of our attic grew mold.

Integrity Roofers Ltd did a superb job. Our project included: New CertainTeed Landmark shingles, Ice and Water shield, underlayment, drip edge, flashing, eaves, fascia, soffits, spray foam + blow-in for a R60 value, plywood from entire roof surface, baffles, downspouts and ridge vent…..basically a new roof!

All aspects of the work were performed impressively. Shay and his team are highly skilled professionals, who were extremely easy to work with. They are outstanding in their field.

Shay not only took time to explain the main problem of the roof and how his proposal was going to address the issues, he also provided materials in papers and videos of ventilation as we didn’t fully understand even after doing our own extensive research and having multiple contractors over. He and his team are totally committed in providing 100% customer satisfaction.

I needed the roof of my home to be replaced, as it was old and the existing shingles were starting to fall off. I got quotes from 6 companies and I couldn't be happier that I went with my gut feeling and chose Integrity Roofers to do the work. Cory was wonderful throughout the entire process - from quote to final payment, he was very personable, honest, informative, responsive and always took my questions or inquiries seriously. He reassured me that everything would go well and it did. The work was scheduled shortly after signing the contract, the crew showed up on time and ready to work and within a day, I had a new roof. Everything was left clean and even some of my neighbours expressed how impressed they were with how fast they worked. Dealing with the office was also easy and pleasant. Any kind of renovation work can be stressful, as things don't always go as anticipated or planned. The team at Integrity Roofers did a great job and made me feel that I was in good hands. This is a company who takes pride in their work and in my opinion are very focused on customer satisfaction. Also from a pricing point of view, they were very fair and competitive, their rates are not inflated and unrealistic. Thank you Cory and everyone at Integrity Roofers. In my opinion Shay really dropped the ball on this one he came priced my roof, we agreed on a price. I drove to his shop the Next day and gave him a deposit and I explained to him that I needed the roof done by a certain day because I had bricklayers wanting to start and that I needed to be closed in before winter. He explained that I was already on the board to have my roof started on Thursday October 6. To be fair we did have 2 days of bad weather the week before. He said we would have to push everything back a few days. Then he started playing games saying that he couldn't even promises the following week or two and if I wanted he would give me back my deposited. Way more than a few days. Then I drove by his shop and my name was not even on the schedule board. Then he said I was putting undo pressure on him, and thought i should just pick up my deposit and go somewhere else for a roof. So now I'm left scrambling trying to get my roof done. In my opinion he might have under priced the job and then felt this was the only way to get out of it. I waited almost 2 weeks to write this review hoping I would get a call with an apology but no such luck. I'm sure shay is not a bad person buy in my opinion he really dropped the ball on this on.

The roof on my 100-year old garage was in need of replacement. I chose Integrity Roofers and I'm glad I did!

Shay was courteous and fair. One roofer told me there were 3 layers of shingles, Shay (the owner of Integrity Roofers) confirmed there was only one; and more to the point, he quoted the job that way. I was so impressed I had two porches re-roofed at the same time. The job started a week after the quote and despite two rain delays was done a week later. Shawn (the foreman) kept me informed of progress with a call each day. The job finished exactly on budget.

The job site was always clean... my wife and my neighbours were happy throughout. Shrubs, trees and grounds were kept safe and the new roof looks great!

We first called Shay about a leak in the roof during Feb 2015 (sorry for the long overdue review!) Shay was the only person responded back to us on the same day after numerous calls to several roofers, we were even more impressed when he showed up to look at our roof on the same day! In the end we had to replace our entire roof as we found mold. I was extremely concerned about the mold as I have a young child, Shay was quick to provide recommendations and promised to work on our roof as soon as the snow/ice thaws..and he did! Shay was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly and patiently. We are also very happy with Shay's team as they were very courteous, helpful and professional. We would highly recommend Integrity Roofers to everyone!
