Excellent experience! Great staff! Things moved quickly and carefully. Would recommend to all my friends.

The company sent 2 wonderful movers who did a terrific job. They were polite and hardworking.

The move went very well, it was easy to arrange and I was receiving quick
replies to all my questions, the company was also open to accommodating
some requests (like additional data on the invoice) and changes (hour of
the move). The moving crew was mindful of our belongings and easy to
communicate with. But there is room for improvement in the payment process:
I was surprised that the only payment method for the initial deposit was
credit card payment over phone. Reciting your credit card number over the
phone isn't considered a safe practice in Europe (where I'm from), it just
begs for a scam, and I think you should offer your clients an alternative.
There was also an unexpected second obligatory deposit of 500 CAD that I
wasn't informed about until last moments before the move (there was
supposed to be only initial deposit for the 1st hour of the move, and then
the rest of payment was to be made in cash after the move), this one also
had to be with credit card over the phone. This left a bad impression on us
because we were not prepared for this. It was explained to me that the fee
is a newly introduced part of the process, that it is charged as a security
measure, and that later this extra payment is cancelled and transaction
takes place as previously agreed, and that I am only finding out about it
so late, because it's a new element of the process. I understand this but
it was extremely confusing, additionally, when I called my bank they told
me that the payment actually went through, so for some time I was pretty
sure I was charged double for the move. I had to call the bank several
times until they finally verified that the extra 500 CAD was returned to my
account. So I am just asking you to make sure to always inform your
customers about such things in advance, and describe to them in detail what
is exactly happening, leaving no room for such confusion - such surprises
are not pleasant. *

*Except for this slightly confusing payment process, everything was fine,
and I would recommend this company, as they are communicative and do their
job very well. I am only mentioning the above issues in hopes the process
can be even further improved making the clients' experience even better

Loved it! I had initially called El Cheapo and spoke to them twice but they did not even email the contract, like they said they would. So I went looking and found "You Move Me". I liked the name, saw the high reviews and also the mention on BlogTO. I called and was immediately impressed by the professional customer service, the details that they provided to me and the detailed quote which they emailed me immediately after our initial conversation. What's more, the move coordinator even suggested ways that we could speed up the move and thus lower
Our overall bill.

They called me the day before (like they said they would) and confirmed all the details. On the day of the move, Rick and Marcus came 15mins early at 8:45am and got to work immediately. Rick and Marcus were dressed in their company'a jackets, they were friendly and were so efficient and fast. They also provided me with 2 wardrobe boxes to move my closet, which wasn't part of the plan but was very appreciated. They also set up our dining table for us, which was delivered that day from the furniture store. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was damaged. The itemized list and final invoice was on an iPad, so no looking through sheets of paper.

My move was completed in 4hrs! And I even got a little housewarming plant from the company along with a gift certificate! That's brilliant marketing.

We have bad experiences with movers before so I was feeling nervous about our move, but You Move Me surpassed my expectations and will definitely use them again!

It was my first time using You Move Me and I was really impressed. I had used their competitor previously but they were fully booked, so I gave You Move Me a try. The movers came super prepared and were really professional. I couldn't believe how efficient they were in moving and loading everything. The truck was really clean as well and everything was loaded securely. The move went perfect and everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

We had to move some employee's and all their office contents into two separate buildings involving 8 different floors. We required multiple trucks and a whole team of movers - 10 to be exact. Our employees who were moving in had some organization issues with packing but the team from 'You Move Me' kept things running extremely smooth considering this delay. The team over all was very friendly, helpful, professional, handled our items with care - overall a pleasure to work with. Their initial estimate was almost exact which was nice that we knew the cost ahead of time. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of a moving company - and I will be using them again for sure if/when I have the need for movers.

You Move Me Toronto moved me from Toronto to Ajax. The movers (Marcus and Cory) were fast, efficient and friendly.
