Communication from packers good, they arrived on time, but there was one less mover than what we were told, packing job was fine. Move into the new condo a bit chaotic. there were two separate entrances and movers did not sort packages according to labels that were put on the boxes. Slightly more expensive than what was quoted. Having said that, the movers did give us a discount as they were not able to satisfy all the promised services that were agreed upon.But everything was moved in time. Overall satisfied with the service and we would recommend and use again.

Moved from condo to townhouse within Toronto. Two flights of stars in new home...not fun. They moved everything quickly, communicated a few times even before move and afterward, paid attention to details, everyone easy to deal with. Will use them again!

We moved my Dad from his home of 50+ years to a retirement living apartment. The team could not have been more accommodating. They were very understanding of how stressful it was on my Dad. The team leader, Ian, went above and beyond to ensure my Dad was comfortable. Thank You.

The two man team was upbeat right from the beginning and worked very well together. The move was fast and smooth and we have already recommended them to others. They were careful when handling even the smallest things. These two men represented the best that any company could ask for when representing it's name.

Awesome movers, made the move stress free and finished ahead of schedule. They took care to wrap the breakable furniture and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it.

You Move Me moved all our furniture from one house to another. I liked the booking process. Fast and modern, using online systems, not yellow carbon copy paper like everyone else. And the 3 guys did a good job on the day of the move. Thanks!

MoveMe rescheduled my move due to inclement weather. Which was fine. However, on the day of the move (two days after the original date) only one truck was sent (two trucks were quoted), due to drivers not being available. As a result my move was spread out over two days. In my opinion if they had better management and better backup plans.

The movers themselves on the other hand were fantastic. They worked tirelessly. They were careful with all my items and were careful. What they promised on their website is what they delivered. If it were not for the shortcoming of the management I would have given them 5 stars overall.

Two guys took good care of the furniture so we arrived without damage or scratches to the wood. Worked quickly and efficiently. Professional and friendly service. Paid less than quoted price which we felt was very fair.
