My fridge stopped working just before Christmas and I had all my holiday food in the fridge and was going to spoil if I didn't get service right away. I call many company's who were either closed a week before Christmas or were booked up. I called TRAS and they were ably to get a tech there within 4 hours and he came prepared with parts in his truck and fixed my issue in 4 hours. Really how many places can you call and have that kind of magic happen. Thank you you saved my Christmas and i hope you have a happy new year.

I have had 3 different company's out to my home to fix my dishwasher It has a intermittent heating issue and was giving the error. the 3 company's I called out replaced parts and said that it was fixed and every time I paid for the parts and the labor and every time the unit gave the error code again and did not work. I call TRAS Appliance Solutions because Bosch stated they are a authorized repair the tech booked a appointment with me came out within the specified time dismantled the dishwasher faster than I have ever seen anyone do it and found that only issue was a loose wire he corrected and my dishwasher is working great. Thank you. TRAS is the only company I will call out from now on.

I work during the nights and i had called other companies that said that cannot provide time windows for service that I had to be available the whole day. Considering that I have to take time off work I would like to get more done with my time off then wait around all day. I call TRAS Applianceand asked them if they can give a time window. not only did they give me a time window but gave a 2 hours time window and the tech called me before he arrived. I was able to get allot more done on my day off. The cherry on the top is that they fixed the issue in one visit. I didn't have to take another day off. Awesome guys thank you so much.

I called TRAS appliance in to repair my LG washer that was making scary noises. The tech came out and diagnosed the machine. he said that they needed to cal me back with a estimate but might be worth looking at a new machine. I advised the tech that the machine is 12 years old and I was not ready to buy a new machine life was very busy at this time. TRAS Customer service rep called me back advised that the parts needed one of them the computer board was no made by LG any more. I told teh TRAS rep that I did not want to buy a new machine now that I wanted to wait. he advised me taht he will see what he can do to track down that part. by the end of the day he called me back found the part in the US and had it rushed to them and i had my was repaired in as quickly as 3 days. and to this day the washer is still working. I would recommend TRAS Appliance to any one they are the real deal and know what they are doing.

I call TRAS for service and was amazed by the excellent customer service. The reason I believe that their customer service is excellent is because I got a hold of someone who knew what they were talking about they were able to probe and troubleshoot and was able to over the phone determine the issue with my dryer was the main computer. they ordered one in and called me back and booked a service appointment with a 2 hours time window. I wish other companies could do that. I was able to enjoy my day and the tech showed up was finished in 45mins and I had my dryer back. Thanks guys. I would strongly recommend them to anyone having issue with their home appliance.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 78 year old grandmother who called TRAS for service. The customer service rep was in contact with my grandmother and I and they were quick to repair the washer in one visit and were honest about the charges. there were no hidden charges and my grandmother had her machine working again very quickly. thank you to teh technician Anujan for the great help.
