Our A/C wouldn't work when first turned on this year. Early heat wave starting in 2 days. Dwayne had done a great job when we purchased a new water heater 2 years ago, so we called him. He arrived exactly as promised one day later. He did a full inspection and found the problem somewhere in the wrong circuit. Over 30 degrees right now, and all is perfect. Wayne is very efficient, well mannered, knowledgeable and his prices are fair.

Cool Flame has provided essential and emergency service for our household over the years. First repairing our gas fireplace, installing our backyard gas firepit and responding immediately to replace our old broken down furnace on a very cold winter day. Jeremy As maintain our pool heater for a few years. The pool heater was purchased in 1999. Sadly we had to let go of it and send it off to retirement. Dwayne Gave us a very good quote For a new heater and we were fortunate that Dwayne had one in stock. The next day it was installed by Jeremy and his helper They were friendly and did a professional job making sure it was elevated to the right height and the lines were attached well to the existing lines.

Dwayne and his crew were great! They came on the date and time agreed upon and worked hard to complete the job with no issues. They left everything better than when they arrived and provided us with clear operational instructions. They even painted the gas line to match the house. My furnace had stopped working in the early morning hours.
I Called Dwayne from Cool flame and he sent his tech Jerimy out that morning.
Upon inspection it was found the heat exchanger was corroded through. The problem was shown to me and I was given the option to repair or replace.
Since the furnace was over twenty years old I opted for a new unit, for a great price.
It was installed within two hours of my desision.
Incredibly clean work and great men to have in my home.
I highly recommend Dwayne and Jerimy for repairs and service.

Dwayne was fantastic ! he came on time to come and take a look at a fireplace issue to give me a quote and not sure how.... the door closed and locked us out of the house.
