We're extremely pleased with the HVAC installation recently completed by Dwayne and his team, Jeremy and Kevin. Their work is impeccable. The main ductwork lines are kept tight to the ceiling in the basement and tight to the walls in the large family room- this was especially important as we couldn't afford to lose space to bulkheads in this room. Their work is neat, tidy and impressive. My in-laws came by for a look and were amazed by the quality of the install. They'd had the same work done by another contractor a few years back and their install was nowhere near as neat or as well done as ours.
Dwayne and his team respect your home and lay down the red carpets to avoid tracking anything on your floors or carpeting. At the end of the job, the site is cleared of materials and swept clean.
They take the time to acquaint you with all the equipment, the electrical and the wifi thermostat so you can confidently program your furnace and a/c should you choose. We would whole heartedly recommend Cool Flame.

We were moving into a 20 year old house and the old furnace didn't look like it would make the winter. I found Cool Flame on Google and Dwayne came in and quoted me a fair price. I could sense that he is an extremely honest guy, which was a huge relief as the other quotes I had were obviously to bend me over. Install Day was great, old stuff removed, new stuff installed, very tidy install of the gas lines, water lines, and vents. Dwayne wound up taking a couple hours to fix up some HVAC issues the house had, unrelated to this job. I asked to pay for his time, and he turned down the offer. He also suggested I sell the old electric HWT, although he was quite willing to take it away. This was good advice as I sold it in one day for 100 bucks. It's so easy to be ripped off by service companies, so finding someone with Dwaynes level of honesty and integrity is a real comfort.

This was the best experience I have had with a contractor coming to my home. My AC had broke, I had a few companies in. All said that it was way too costly to repair and better to get a new system. Cool Flame came in and he talked about all the options. He even educated me on filters and what I needed and didn't need. He diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner (ended up not being the same problem that others had said). He was able to repair my system and it is working great.
The customer service offered by this company was fantastic. They offered next day service, education on systems and maintenance, great prices and piece of mind. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. I will also be having him back to do my fall maintenance of my furnace.

AC and furnace replaced 09/15. Furnace works great. AC never worked right from day one. CoolFlame replaced the condenser unit on 05/18 and the AC still does not work. CoolFlame claims it's an electrical problem but never bothered to actually troubleshoot fully to verify that claim. I had a master electrician and local hydro company out to test from panel to pole to AC unit and no electricity issues were found. I also replaced the wiring from the panel to the condenser and contracted another authorized Tempstar HVAC installer look at the system and they confirmed the system was installed with an over sized coil. CoolFlame claims they install mismatched coils all the time and it's not the cause. They still maintain it's an electrical issue without any troubleshooting or proof.
CoolFlame refuses to stand behind their work and make it right. Look elsewhere for competent HVAC installer.

After being told by many other companies that our air conditioner (and furnace) needed to be replaced rather than repaired, Dwayne resolved the problem quickly and effectively. I truly believe he has the customer best interest at heart. We are now cancelling our existing service contracts and will be using Cool Flame for all future repairs and services.

After returning from vacation we found our air conditioning in our home was not working on what turned out to be one of the hottest weeks of the summer. We called Dwayne and he came over right away. He was very professional and explained everything in detail as to what he was checking for and told us what options we had for our repair. I just want to say that Dwayne is an honest, knowledgeable, reliable and cool guy. He did right by me when the fan on my 30 year old furnace went in the coldest days of winter. Dwayne with Cool Flame provided excellent pricing and service. There was no pressure to buy either appliance (which were purchased months apart). He was on time for both installs and completed each one within hours. He covered the halls and steps with a runner and cleaned up the area completely after he was finished. Dwayne provided maintenance tips for us and did not try to sell any type of regular maintenance but told us what to watch for and when we might want to have someone do a service check in the future. When we had questions after the install, he quickly provided answers by phone and email.

This company is amazing! We were in the middle of our kitchen Reno and removed a wall to between our kitchen and dining room to make it open concept. In the wall we found a duct that we needed to reroute to make our open concept dream come true. I called and Shannon the receptionist answered right away and listened to our concerns. She was very prompt and helpful and always answered the phone when I called regarding scheduling and quotes. Never got a machine which I loved. We had Jeremy come that same day for a quote. He was on time and very professional and helpful. Jeremy was always on time and had excellent professional and personal skills. I love this company. They exceeded my expectations.
