We're extremely pleased with the HVAC installation recently completed by Dwayne and his team, Jeremy and Kevin. Their work is impeccable. The main ductwork lines are kept tight to the ceiling in the basement and tight to the walls in the large family room- this was especially important as we couldn't afford to lose space to bulkheads in this room. Their work is neat, tidy and impressive. My in-laws came by for a look and were amazed by the quality of the install. They'd had the same work done by another contractor a few years back and their install was nowhere near as neat or as well done as ours. Dwayne and his team respect your home and lay down the red carpets to avoid tracking anything on your floors or carpeting. At the end of the job, the site is cleared of materials and swept clean. They take the time to acquaint you with all the equipment, the electrical and the wifi thermostat so you can confidently program your furnace and a/c should you choose. We would whole heartedly recommend Cool Flame.

This review is long overdue. We'd sold our house in the spring and new owners were taking possession at the end of June. A few weeks before we were moving, the air conditioner died and we were in a panic to get it either fixed or replaced. Max came to our house on extremely short notice, checked the unit out and determined the part we needed would come from the U.S. and at a cost that really didn't make sense. It was a 10 yr old unit. We purchased a new a/c from Max at a reasonable price which he was able to install quickly. We were able to get relief from the heat that last 2 weeks before the move. Thank you Max, for your prompt, courteous attention to our issue

We contacted Dave's Duct Cleaning because they were registered with a professional association. The Company is extremely professional and buttoned down. We immediately received a check list which explained what service we would expect to receive and advised what we needed to do to prepare for the work to be performed. personnel showed up on time, were very professional and respectful of our property. Completed the task within the 3 hour window and were open to questions , showed us before and after pictures of our ducts. Explained the process completely. Viewed our furnace and showed us the fan blades in the furnace which were extremely dirty, explained cleaning would increase the air flow and air quality within the house. We took their advice and had them cleaned. Since the cleaning, we have noticed increased air flow and heat coming through the vents. Dave's Duct Cleaning is now considered a valued supplier in our household and we would heartily recomend them to all of our friends and will call on them for future cleanings.
