Will wall mounted our tv, floating shelf unit, various dvd players, cable boxes, sound bar etc and also somehow managed the miracle of organizing all of our electrical cords (or our "pit of snakes" as we'd started to call it!). He is meticulous in his work and communicative about what he is doing and why. I'd recommend him highly and will definitely hire him again. A+++!

I needed to upgrade my current home theater system, but was having trouble deciding what Blu Ray player to buy. The issue was that I own an older surround sound receiver and was having trouble deciding which player would work best with my older equipment. I called Giant Sound and Vision and left a message for Will. Will returned my call promptly and listened to my issue. He presented a few solutions to my problem and offered to come to my house and install the Blu Ray and integrate it with my current system at a very reasonable rate. We scheduled a time and he arrived on time and prepared. He even picked up the Blu Ray after I checked a few of his suggestions online. He installed it to work with my current system and tidied up all the wires so everything looks clean. He adjusted the picture of my TV and improved the sound levels of my receiver. I recently had an issue with my TV picture. The colours seemed wrong when watching DVD's. A friend recommended Will and I gave him a call to explain the problem. Will arrived at the agreed time, reviewed and tested my equipment. He soon realised I had a faulty HDMI cable and showed me the issue so that I understood the cause. I had an extra HDMI cable that I bought when I purchased my TV and Will used it to replace the faulty one. Happily the issue is now fixed and the picture on my TV is excellent.
