I recently had an issue with my TV picture. The colours seemed wrong when watching DVD's. A friend recommended Will and I gave him a call to explain the problem. Will arrived at the agreed time, reviewed and tested my equipment. He soon realised I had a faulty HDMI cable and showed me the issue so that I understood the cause. I had an extra HDMI cable that I bought when I purchased my TV and Will used it to replace the faulty one. Happily the issue is now fixed and the picture on my TV is excellent. Many thanks Will.
