I needed to upgrade my current home theater system, but was having trouble deciding what Blu Ray player to buy. The issue was that I own an older surround sound receiver and was having trouble deciding which player would work best with my older equipment. I called Giant Sound and Vision and left a message for Will. Will returned my call promptly and listened to my issue. He presented a few solutions to my problem and offered to come to my house and install the Blu Ray and integrate it with my current system at a very reasonable rate. We scheduled a time and he arrived on time and prepared. He even picked up the Blu Ray after I checked a few of his suggestions online. He installed it to work with my current system and tidied up all the wires so everything looks clean. He adjusted the picture of my TV and improved the sound levels of my receiver.
