360 Duct

Unprofessional, uncaring, undeniably one of the WORST businesses I've ever dealt with... and I use the term "business" very loosely. I purchased a group coupon like others who have written reviews on this group and booked a duct cleaning. Less than 24 hours before they were to do the work, I received a phone call from the young lady whom I dealt with originally. She informed me they had to cancel my cleaning due to the fact I was the only client in the area where they had to come and clean and their policy is that they have to have at least two clients in an area to come out. What the...? Then she told me she could book me in a week and half later but if I was the only client that day, they would also cancel. I had had enough: I asked for the manager of 360 to call me. Had a bad feeling about the whole experience so I saw the reviews on Homestars and called the group coupon company and got a refund. The manager never did call me. Class act. Way to treat customers.

Would not recommend or use them again. We purchased Duct Cleaning and other services using the Group on type deal. Dishonest with their described services and what they actually performed.

I am not exaggerating. But this is by far THE WORST company that

I bought their voucher and booked appointment back in Nov 2013.
They sent their guys and vacuumed a couple of ducts and then they asked me to pay $10 for each extra duct which I paid.
Then they suggest to clean the furnace if I pay then $250. I said to myself that it would be good. They have their equipments and vaccum on spot. But their guy pushed a screw too much and make a hole in my air condition coil.I asked him to fix it before the payment. But the guy said that he would send their technician to fix it the day after. So I paid the and they wrote down on their invoice that they would fix it.
Now 6 months passed and I numerous contacts with them. Many many times. They Never fixed it. Initially they said that they can`t fix AC because it is winter. Assuring me that they would fix it in the spring. In spring when I called they did not have technician and ask me to wait for warmer weather. Last week I called ,the secretary started crying. Unbelievable! promised me to send someone to fix it today. And today she did not pick up the phone and finally when she picked up the phone, she said that they are not doing AC anymore and started crying again!
Worst customer service that I have seen in this country. They simply charged me $400 and made a hole in my AC coil and never showed up. for 6 month,eventhough I have a written invoice stating that they would fix it.
Don`t deal with this company or you will regret.

Update: After the secretary hang up the phone and totally refused to repair my furnace, I decided to go to their place in Brampton.
It is about 45 minutes driving ,but their behaviour and the hole in my A/C made me to go.

After reaching there , I found the address in their invoice is a residential house! No sign or anything related to their service. It was a just house among all other houses.

I knocked there and residents said that they don`t know this company,although the address was the same.

Be aware of these unknown companies and don`t let them destroy your A/C or furnace."

I'm writing regarding my voucher for duct cleaning with 360 Duct Cleaning. DO NOT USE!!!!! I first scheduled service for Tuesday April 1st and they cancelled the day before. After I arranged for child care. The girl on the phone seemed so very young and did not know how to handle customer complaints. I then rescheduled for last week and they were supposed to arrive between 4 & 7 and did not arrive until 8:15Pm my husband and I were putting our 3 kids to bed and so my husband asked if we could reschedule as it was too late to go ahead with the service. I rescheduled today April 27th and was assured they would arrive at 3 PM. They arrived at 4:45PM and I questioned why they were late again. I told them I was not impressed with the fact they first cancelled and were now late for the second time. I I did not raise my voice or use any rude language. I simply expressed how it was unprofessional.

My husband moved his car so they could pull into the driveway and as he walked back to the house was approached by one of the workers who informed my husband that they were not going to do the service because they did not appreciate my attitude. I guess I shouldn't have questioned their poor customer service!
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this voucher. Clearly I would have gone with a different company.
I find it amusing how the the company responds and tries to justify each complaint. It's obvious there is a serious problem with this company. They should be investigated.

Follow up Review: Bought a Groupon in Oct got a date in February for cleaning. After rescheduling for March they confirmed the date and said the crew will be there on Monday. I made childcare arrangements, took time off work and then I got a second call the day of that they won't be coming because of my initial review of their customer service?! They said I have to remove the review or the crew won't be coming. Then gave me a lame excuse that the truck was in the shop and maybe I'll get a date in April?! Got a refund from Groupon. Don't waste your money on this company.

2 Words - STAY AWAY! Wife scheduled app't last Fall - had a deal from Groupon - doubled in costs with added “services” - on top drove screws into freon (sp?) coil when cleaning A/C and because it’s an “enclosed system” now required to have entire system replaced ($800-$1000) Called company and they are taking NO responsibility (sent pictures showing holes etc.). Should be reported to Better Business Bureau

I bought a voucher off of groupon, my appointment was Monday March 10th between 8-10. After the duct cleaning was done I noticed a difference with the heating. The air flow is much better and they got the blockage out of the vent that goes to my bedroom! Thank you for your work I will call for you to come back in a year or 2!

WATCH CBC MARKETPLACE EPISODE ON DUCT CLEANING BEFORE CALLING ANYONE. Lots of tips. 360 duct are courteous and showed up on time. Bought a grouon. Beyond that cleaning was done in less than one hour. Air return vents not covered up. I thought they were the real deal but no. They are certified. Just blow air into ducts and leave. I do believe some dust was removed but expected proper cleaning. Tried to sell furnace and a/c coil cleaning for $150 each but said no. Outrageous cost for having equipment there and 15min of work.
Conclusion: 360 duct is professional but not professional cleaning. Shop around and ask what is going to be done. Will not use there service again.

I purchased their Groupon deal online and booked the appointment. When the two technicians came in on the day of the appointment, they inspected my a/c and furnace and gave me feedbacks on their condition. I got my furnace serviced and ducts cleaned. The technicians were well behaved, polite and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service, and will definitely recommend this company.
