360 Duct

Paid for their group discount offer, technicians nevers showed up. Spoke to Rachel at the office who swears techs showed up and left a card on the door - then wanted me to pay $40 more to re-book. Complete sham and disgusting phone manner. Spend your time and money elsewhere!

I had ordered a GroupOn to have my ducts cleaned by 360 ducts. My call was returned within 1 day and an appointment was set up for 1 month later. I was given a window of 3pm-6pm on a Tuesday evening. 360 arrived at 4pm and promptly greeted me with their business card. Kishok and Sajith were the 2 technicians and spent the next 1.5 hrs cleaning my ducts, furnace and A/C units (the last 2 services I purchased on the spot). Both gentleman also helped explain my heating and cooling system to me while providing valuable tips and advice on regular maintenance. Their time and expertise were valuable to me as I am a first time home owner and I appreciated their patience and the simplicity in how they conveyed information. Both gentleman were polite, pleasant and professional and went about their work efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them for their services and will surely contact them again in a couple of years to have my ducts cleaned. Thank you for your honest and effective work.

Very satisfied. Very polite technicians, amazing work. I purchased a groupon for duct cleaning from 360 duct back in October. When i called to book an appointment i was told the next available appointment was in mid January, i was somewhat upset when i heard that; but dispite that i understood that a lot of people purchased the groupon so i took the first available appointment. I was scheduled for January 25 between 10-12 am, the technicians were on time. Upon arrival i asked some questions about the process just to make sure if they knew what they were doing and my questions were answered politely and in a very professional manner and so they began the job and also i purchased a few additional services from them. I am very satisfied with the job. The technicians were Prem and Derrick. Thanks a lot guys. Dispite the really late appointment date I am very happy with the job will definitely hire them again to get my ducts cleaned two years from now.

The first app. they cancelled on the day of. Then 2 months later they came and broke my 4 year old furnace. It cost $937 to fix and they refuse to pay for it. I spent 2 days with no heat in minus 30 degree weather outside with 3 children. Worst service ever. They promised that they would pay for the cost to fix the furnace, now they refuse to pay for it. Worst Company ever!!!

Good technicians and service. However, I ordered with a Groupon in October after construction and they came in February. They cancelled in December and tried to cancel in February, but finally came before coupon expired.

I bought a groupon for air duct cleaning. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. i took the morning off work since I had an appointment for 10am-12pm. The technicians did not arrive until 1:30 pm and so i basically had to take the entire day off work because of their tardiness. I thought they were going to clean the ducts all they did was come in and blow dust all over my entire house. I then had spend a few more hours just cleaning the dust in my entire house! Do not spend money on the groupon that may seem like a good deal. You're better off spending the money elsewhere for better service.

I also bought a Groupon coupon October 23rd 2013, first app't Jan 6 2014! The coupon was for my mother-in-laws house in Brampton who is 88 years old. 90 minutes before their arrival on Jan 6th, and after 2-3cm of fresh snow, I received a call advising that if the snow was not cleaned from the driveway there would be a additional charge of $40.00. I scrambled to arrange that. I then received a call from a very upset women (mother-in-law) who said the tech's were present and going to drag their dirty,salty,wet vent cleaning tubes through her freshly cleaned carpets at her expense! The two times I've had this done properly, companies and common sense would tell you to have drop sheets available? Then they wanted an additional $25.00 fee for something I still have no idea what it was for, plus the HST?? I told them to get out of the house and am dealing with groupon, and will be filing a formal complaint with the Ministry, and BBB. I called back spoke to Rachael, and the only response from her was, do I want to re-book?? Beware of this company, still in shock???

Agree 100% with all negative reviews! I don't like giving negative reviews but when you get treated the way this company treats many of there customers it's justified! We bought this groupon deal for 17 ducts cleanings plus dryer vent for $109 back in Aug 2013 after the purchase I called there office to book an appointment and the girl on the phone said our appointment would be Dec 28th yuup Dec 28th so I decided to wait.... then Dec 17 I get a phone telling me that they will be there Dec 18 between 12-4pm(not Dec28th like they said at the beginning ). So I took the afternoon off work so I could be home and of course no call no show! I called and talked to the same girl I think her name is Rachel , I don't believe she's more then 14 years old at least it sounds that way because she doesn't know how to deal with customers anyways she informed me that they might be there for 8pm that same day...that was impossible so we rebooked for two weeks on a Sunday with the same time frame and you guessed it no call no show after waiting all day a simple phone call would of been great! Of course groupon expires jan 1st 2014 so I got the call to reschedule again but I wanted to have Dave the manager who works in the field to come out and do the duct cleaning, so I didn't have to worry about another missed appointment but I never got a return call from Rachel ! I guess they figured groupon expired so they didn't have to come out......lesson learn
Called groupon and they where great they didn't have to return my money because I was way over the time frame for returns but they did credit me for groupon dollars for the cost of the duct clean. So please stay away from 360 duct cleaning!!!! Hope this helps you guys out.
