360 Duct

Do not use this company! I had a horrific experience that ended up on the phone in shock and tears with my husband. They arrived the day and time that was expected. As they set up their equipment I was double checking with them that they would indeed clean the ducts and not make more of a mess. As they started I walked out of my 9 month olds room to see I cloud of dust in the main floor and upstairs. I asked them what they were doing and to stop. The technician said he had hooked up to the wrong place. I had a bad feeling so began to say that I think they should stop. He said he can fix it and started blowing the dust around with the air. (I found out later that just blowing the dust wouldn't clean properly in the ducts( They were both wearing heavy duty masks which made me very uncomfortable with my baby in the house. After not listening I continued to say I think they should leave and another workman actually had to start stepping in. They got mad and hostile that we were telling them how to do their job. Then they wouldn't leave until I paid. I tried to speak to this manager David but the very rude, immature kept hanging up on me. (5 times total) I started feeling really uncomfortable when he was stomping around in my kitchen and wouldn't even leave to wait in his truck until I spoke with a manger. I finally paid them to get them out of my home. The next morning I awoke to a house that was freezing as they broke my furnace by blowing it the wrong way. I still have not got my money back, my furnace is broken (which they took no responsibility for) and now they blocked my number so I can't reach them. Don't go through what I did!

These guys have wasted 2 days of my time by not showing up and phoning last minute and rescheduling. Finally when I criticized them for their inability to perform their jobs they hung up on my. There are lots of duct cleaning companies, don't waste your time with 360 Duct.

The guys were polite and sincere. They did a thorough cleaning job. They use their phone to video the conditions inside the furnace, and show us the before and after videos. They even help us fixed a loose vent. Very happy with their service.

2 years ago I scheduled an appointment with this company and they never showed up. I thought I'd give them another shot two years later and wouldn't you know it, they were a no show again. A woman called me to rebook, assuring me that they would be there on time and wouldn't you know it - they did it again. These guys are worst than Telcos when it comes to customer service. Beware!!!!

The service was good. The technician did a good job and also cleaned out my filters and fixed a small leak inside my furnace. Happy with the service. I would highly recommend 360 ducts to my friends and families.

I'm very happy with the service. The guys we very polite and they did a great job. I've owned my house for 7 years and I have done the duct cleaning past 3 time. They got cigarette buds and construction dirt from the house builders. They also cleaned my ac and furnace and it improved my air flow in my bedrooms and around the house. I would highly recommend them thanks 360 duct.

Booked a living social deal, called to schedule. Needed a morning appt, so had to wait several weeks, which was fine because I couldn't accommodate other times they offered earlier in the month.
Comes to Thurs am, appt scheduled from 8-10 am. My husband stays home, and NO SHOW! No call to say they were delayed either. So I called them, at 10:15, and told they were 45 min to one hour before arriving. I was unimpressed. Very inconvenienced and had to skip things planned for the day waiting for them. 12:15 pm comes and still no show. Called them back. Get a call back, so because I told them that this type of customer service would not look good in my review, they told me they weren't coming at all today and to call living social to get my money back!!!! Wow. And upon explaining that one part of a review can be negative, but if they came and did an excellent job, that part of the review could be great, the girl still told me they wouldn't be coming. Serious complex with negative feedback, and very childish office admin in my opinion. Do not recommend this company!

Worse company ever. They scheduled me for a cleaning at sep 6 then when the day came, they didn't come. I called them and they said that they could not contact me to confirm the appointment. I was like WHHHAAATTT I took off work for this I said before I didn't need to confirm. Guess what they got my phone number wrong that is why they couldn't contact me. I then needed to rebook which needs to be 3 weeks after my scheduled time. I receive a call from them and says that they need to reschedule me 1 week later. OMG that is 3 bookings already. When the time came for that day, again, no one showed up. I called them up at thursday, and they said their person had a family emergency. OMG. They didn't even call that day. We were waiting for them again. I got so mad. They rescheduled me again for the following week. They still has not come yet... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I got my coupon from group on..

Came on time and very good Service!! I would recommend to anyone that needs this service! Very knowledable service people! I would call them back in two years without a doubt!

This company never delivered the service. They rescheduled visit three times, making me lose work days. Unprofessional, terrible customer service. Last time, showed up on moving company truck and took off while I was waiting in the porch. Service not delivered, credit card company investigating. I would NEVER trust them.
