I was looking to change Furnace and A/C for my recently bought house .The existing furnace date shown was 1984. I called different HVAC companies to get quotes. When I spoke with Armando on the phone, I asked many questions and got different quote for all different type of the furnaces and he answered all of my questions. Initially I wanted to just change the furnace but since the quote was reasonable , I decided to change the A/C as well. During the installation, he came with their installer, Mehran. They both worked very hard and installed furnace and A/C in the same day. The company is supposed to get the government rebate and do the paper work for me . I found them honest and reliable . They delivered what they promised and I used them to buy another A/C for my other property.

When I bought this house last year,the retaining wall to basement entrance had already had long cracks. It looks like that the previous owner had given the job to a contactor that had done a very poor job and after 2-3 years,the wall started to crack. During last fall and winter,the water was oozing throgh the wall and the crack was expanding. I decided to contact some contactors and after interviewing 5-6 contractors, I chose Nick and his company,solo. The first thing that I liked was the fact that he answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone. I asked him to come and see the project. He came and explained exactly what he would do for me and howlong it would take. When he started the job, he arrived every day in the morning and unlike other contractors that get the job and leave it to their crew,he was always there with them. I was there with him everyday and checked his job 2-3 times a day and got photos. He was very thorough in his job and I asked many questions. He demolished the existing wall and stairs, remove the soil, made a new footing ,make a nice frame for new wall, poured new concrete in the frame and then made brand new stairs. All done professionally. He did exactly what he promised and did a great job.

I am not exaggerating. But this is by far THE WORST company that I dealt with. I bought their voucher and booked appointment back in Nov 2013. They sent their guys and vacuumed a couple of ducts and then they asked me to pay $10 for each extra duct which I paid. Then they suggest to clean the furnace if I pay then $250. I said to myself that it would be good. They have their equipments and vaccum on spot. But their guy pushed a screw too much and make a hole in my air condition coil.I asked him to fix it before the payment. But the guy said that he would send their technician to fix it the day after. So I paid the and they wrote down on their invoice that they would fix it. Now 6 months passed and I numerous contacts with them. Many many times. They Never fixed it. Initially they said that they can`t fix AC because it is winter. Assuring me that they would fix it in the spring. In spring when I called they did not have technician and ask me to wait for warmer weather. Last week I called ,the secretary started crying. Unbelievable! promised me to send someone to fix it today. And today she did not pick up the phone and finally when she picked up the phone, she said that they are not doing AC anymore and started crying again! Worst customer service that I have seen in this country. They simply charged me $400 and made a hole in my AC coil and never showed up. for 6 month,eventhough I have a written invoice stating that they would fix it. Don`t deal with this company or you will regret. Update: After the secretary hang up the phone and totally refused to repair my furnace, I decided to go to their place in Brampton. It is about 45 minutes driving ,but their behaviour and the hole in my A/C made me to go. After reaching there , I found the address in their invoice is a residential house! No sign or anything related to their service. It was a just house among all other houses. I knocked there and residents said that they don`t know this company,although the address was the same. Be aware of these unknown companies and don`t let them destroy your A/C or furnace."

I asked Kahram to finish a job after the other contractors has made a mess. All cement boards were put uneven and there were lots of gap. I really needed to find a good contractor AsAP. He came and saw and gave me a price and started the job . He was on time and responsible and many times called me to ask about my opinion . He is a dedicated contractor and I recommend him.
