The guy is not professional. He starts the job and has nothing in his toolbox/truck. Keeps leaving the work and goes to can tire, home depot, lowes, etc. to bring simple stuff required for any plumbing job. Ask for cleaning stuff, paper towels, fabrics for drying, not clean after work, etc. At least left the job five times each one hour in between and at the end he charges for all this hours.

Our condo complex used Flames Plumbing & Heating for a fireplace maintenance project. I was able to secure a very reasonable rate for the residents. Kevin was professional, efficient and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the company for your plumbing and electrical requirements.
