I usually get three job estimates but we were impressed with Patrick and hired him for our project without hesitation. Patrick was well prepared when he showed up to our place. He already knew our roofing dimensions, house style and had great suggestions for our homes curb appeal. Patrick was courteous, respectful and understanding, not to mention his experience in the trade and his engineering background. What we liked best about Patrick is he just laid it all out on the table, explained and answered all of our questions so we could make our decision. Patrick kept his promise on having the roof done before May and it took approximately 4 days to complete the job. Mark and his crew (Cory and Alfonzo) are fast and very hard working. They were very polite and knowledgeable and did not mind me asking them any questions. Mark did a great job on scheduling their work according to the current weather conditions but sometimes you just don’t get a break. Mark and his crew decided to work in the rain to ensure that the roof was completed before the expected ice storm. I really respect these guys for their dedication and a job well done. What a great product and great workmanship, they both go hand in hand. What a beautiful roof - EDCO Slate EN "Statuary Bronze". I called Paramount Roofing in June of 2017. I met with Patrick at our house. He had come prepared with aerial photographs of my house & roof line. Prior to our meeting I already met with several metal roofing companies but none of their products offered me the appearance I was looking for my house. Patrick showed me several samples and I was very interested in a particular style which would give my house the street appearance I was looking for.

I asked Patrick for some referrals and houses he completed so I could be sure the sample I saw and the pictures I saw were exactly what I wanted. Patrick provided several references and I went out to visit the sites. Once I was satisfied as to what I could expect, I called Patrick back to finalize our purchase. At all times Patrick promptly returned my calls and was very easy to work with. While Paramount was not the cheapest metal roofer they were also not the most expensive and Patrick absolutely did his best to accomodate my budget and work with me to purchase the roof we wanted. In addition I told Patrick I was in no hurry to have the roof installed and my timeline was about mid-September.

So today is September 14th and Patrick's installers have just completed my roof. To say I am super pleased would be an understatement. First the quality of the products used on our roof was second to none. The trim, the finish all are of excellent workmanship. The installers, Eddy and Guillermo were unbelievably professional, courteous and clean. They explained everything each step of the way, questioned things they wanted me to be happy with and really bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied and the job site cleaned upon completion. Well boys....you did an amazing job. I am so pleased by the finished job, the quality of materials & workmanship and the wonderful transformation my house has undergone. Paramount Roofing is a great company when it comes to roofing. Unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to post pictures as the job was completed at dusk & I am at work today but will edit this review with some pics. Dealt with Patrick from Paramount Roofing. We had a couple of Quotes for the metal roof all around the same price. We went with the Statuary Bronze thru Paramount. The deal breaker was the Paramount had a better warranty. Roof was installed in December. No construction materials left on our property at all - everything left clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the look of the roof. We had snow blocks installed over the door areas which helped to keep the snow from sliding on the side walk. Patrick came back and installed the snow blocks to the second story that goes to the garage. This was done just to stop the snow from bounding off the garage roof a five foot drop. Patrick did this for free. Neighbors and friends have all complemented on well the roof looks. Thanks to Paramount roofing.

We contacted Patrick and Keith at this company to overlay my existing shingled roof with a new metal roof. My wife choose the colour we liked and we are so thrilled with the end result! The roof took about three weeks to complete. We Dealt with Patrick and Karen for the installation. We bought the Royal brown triple colour, look so well and stands out enough to appreciate the beauty of the metal surface.
After few sets of installers visit for two weeks, the final crew began working and completed within a week. The crew were courteous, very efficient. After completion, we had small safety issues with the snow guard but Patrick came and installed all necessary and adequate snow stopper. It was just before the last winter and we are so happy with the job and the product. We couldn't even tell any work was done as the surrounding are perfectly clean, NO residues (nails and metal Pcs.) for us to clean
Now the roof looks like a big bucks from the outside, all our friends and the neighbours said we have the Rolls Royce treatment to our roof and indeed the roof looks so rich and the Realestate valued two and a half price to what we spent because of the roof. And now the second floor is much cooler than it was used to be in the summer time and much warmer in the winter time, which we can feel the different not only physically but also from our energy bills. We absolutely hear nothing when the rain falls on the roof.
We are very happy with the end result and with the Sample Karen sent us, we have been sharing and show to the people driving in to see our roof. Great product and we would recommend them for anyone drive in, friends and families but because of the busy season, please be patience with them. But they will finish the job perfectly.

After the initial logistical issues were resolved, the crew began work within the given timeframe. They were courteous, neat and very efficient. After completion, I couldn't even tell any work was done as the property was perfectly clean. Also had snow guards placed by Mike, who did a great job as well.

Besides the fact that the roof looks like a million bucks from the outside (confirmed by friends and family), the second floor is now much cooler than it used to be (this being summertime). I expect it will retain heat just as well in the winter. I actually hear LESS noise than I used to when it rains.

Very, very happy with the final result and would recommend these guys hands down. Make sure to give yourself a good couple of months in advance as they are quite busy and you'll likely be waiting that long for the project to begin.

Great company. Low-pressure sale, friendly installers who worked tirelessly to finish in good time. Product looks great and I am confident that the company will be attentive and prompt if we ever need service or repair (which we probably won't). Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Paramount to any one who requires metal roofing done. Their production staff are very professional courteous and knowledgeable and the installation crew is very hard working & efficient. You couldn't ask for a better company, myself and my wife are very pleased with our roof & it's affordable to our budget.
