We contacted Patrick and Keith at this company to overlay my existing shingled roof with a new metal roof. My wife choose the colour we liked and we are so thrilled with the end result! The roof took about three weeks to complete. We Dealt with Patrick and Karen for the installation. We bought the Royal brown triple colour, look so well and stands out enough to appreciate the beauty of the metal surface.
After few sets of installers visit for two weeks, the final crew began working and completed within a week. The crew were courteous, very efficient. After completion, we had small safety issues with the snow guard but Patrick came and installed all necessary and adequate snow stopper. It was just before the last winter and we are so happy with the job and the product. We couldn't even tell any work was done as the surrounding are perfectly clean, NO residues (nails and metal Pcs.) for us to clean
Now the roof looks like a big bucks from the outside, all our friends and the neighbours said we have the Rolls Royce treatment to our roof and indeed the roof looks so rich and the Realestate valued two and a half price to what we spent because of the roof. And now the second floor is much cooler than it was used to be in the summer time and much warmer in the winter time, which we can feel the different not only physically but also from our energy bills. We absolutely hear nothing when the rain falls on the roof.
We are very happy with the end result and with the Sample Karen sent us, we have been sharing and show to the people driving in to see our roof. Great product and we would recommend them for anyone drive in, friends and families but because of the busy season, please be patience with them. But they will finish the job perfectly.
