The whole experience of choosing Total Home and having the work done has been excellent. Everyone from making an appointment by telephone from seeing the sales representative and the organization of the whole procedure went very smooth. I was kept informed throughout by very helpful and polite staff. Each person that came to the house when the work started was punctual, well mannered and worked hard in a professional manner. I will certainly choose Total Home again without a doubt. Thank you for a positive experience.

Total home Windows and Doors put in new windows and front door in my home. They did a great job. They exceeded my expectations and were very informative. As a customer, you want to know what you're getting, how to care for the product, etc. Anna, the sales person, comes by and is very personable as well as the people working there; knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. I have already recommended them to my friends. If I have another project, I will definitely call them again!

Windows look great! They installed 7 windows in less than a day. The staff was courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely use them again. Thank you very much!

Front door (update)

Where were these installers in the first place! Vitaly came through in the end. The new Door is Flush. The installers were very good and very professional. This was the experi ence and service I should have had in 2012. With Vitaly and only Vitaly the service and the installers that I had today I would consider doing more doors. Also i would recommend them to friends but Only with Vitaly and his team. Thank you Vitaly for takeing care of this.

Company Response: Thank you Blanca for reaching us eventually and telling us about the issue with your door. The door has been installed in 2012 and since then we made five attempts (service calls) to resolve the drafting issue with the door. Last attempt was a year ago and we thought that the door has been fixed. We have been moved to another location since we are growing and had to change our email address. This was the reason why you could not reach us. We really stand behind the warranty and as I said we are going to replace the door. However you home is located in the very windy area and we strongly recommend you to build a porch enclosure to prevent from strong winds to reach your entrance. Please be patient, since making painted door is taking 4-6 weeks. As soon as your new door will be ready we will contact you to schedule the installation. Total Home Windows and Doors team.
