The whole experience of choosing Total Home and having the work done has been excellent. Everyone from making an appointment by telephone from seeing the sales representative and the organization of the whole procedure went very smooth. I was kept informed throughout by very helpful and polite staff. Each person that came to the house when the work started was punctual, well mannered and worked hard in a professional manner.
