Where were these installers in the first place! Vitaly came through in the end. The new Door is Flush. The installers were very good and very professional. This was the experi ence and service I should have had in 2012. With Vitaly and only Vitaly the service and the installers that I had today I would consider doing more doors. Also i would recommend them to friends but Only with Vitaly and his team. Thank you Vitaly for takeing care of this.

Thank you Blanca for reaching us eventually and telling us about the issue with your door. The door has been installed in 2012 and since then we made five attempts (service calls) to resolve the drafting issue with the door. Last attempt was a year ago and we thought that the door has been fixed. We have been moved to another location since we are growing and had to change our email address. This was the reason why you could not reach us. We really stand behind the warranty and as I said we are going to replace the door. However you home is located in the very windy area and we strongly recommend you to build a porch enclosure to prevent from strong winds to reach your entrance. Please be patient, since making painted door is taking 4-6 weeks. As soon as your new door will be ready we will contact you to schedule the installation. Total Home Windows and Doors team.

I Wanted to let everyone know that since my post Vitaly came to my door to see my door and is going to rectify what has happened.

He has told me he will be ordering me a new door.

I appreciate him coming out to see us. All I want is a door that works. I will keep everyone posted as to what happens, but a door dose take four weeks to make. my next update on my review will be done once door is installed. stay posted.

Ongoing NIGHTMARE! Purchased front door Oct 2012. Wind howls through our door since installed and dose not close correctly. Anne Avoids my calls and doesn't return them either.

Agreement made at our house were we were assured by Anne that the door has a lifetime warranty for parts and instillation and further reinforced ont he back of contract. The door hasn't worked since installed. We paid a down payment and later provided payment in full so we held up our end.

We complained a few times and every time Anne said there is nothing wrong with door. She did have some men come in and change weatherstripping afewtimes that did nothing. One guy adjusted locks and it did not work. Some of the guys said there is something wrong with door or installation. But she would have nothing of it.
Two years now and Anne avoids calls. I call she ignores if my fathers law calls as client she calls back!
They clearly don't take their warranty seriously and don't follow what their website states " high Quality Products" "professional Installation" "First Class Service"

I hope someone other than Anne can make this right, this has gone on long enough! I will also post video on YouTube and social media if my attachment dose not work or this issue is not resolved! There must be a honest person at this company to do the job right. I can't sleep thinking the cold is coming and the door lets it in.
