Total Home Windows And Doors

We recently had windows installed by Total Home Windows and Doors. From start to finish our communication with company was friendly and efficient. The job was reasonably priced and the work was done on promising time. We have to admit that windows are amazing. Thank you for your dedicated and professional work!

Got reference from my family friend where one window was done few years ago....right from the start details were provided and sample of window and associated locks were explained in detail. ....even whether to have triple glass or not...brick to brick or retrofit. Competitive quote was provided. After contract was signed installer took the final measurement. Timeline wise it was about 4 weeks from the date of contract sign-up and it was done around promised time. Approximately it took day and a half for installation. Professional installers ...I got the feeling after I saw how the first window was taken out and installed including cleanup. Caulking, insulation, and inside trim was done very professionally, of course paint needs to be done by the owner. Installation was done at end of November 2015.....almost 7-8 weeks since installation so far looks good. Not to mention it comes with 25 years warranty for parts and labour.

The whole experience of choosing Total Home and having the work done has been excellent. Everyone from making an appointment by telephone from seeing the sales representative and the organization of the whole procedure went very smooth. I was kept informed throughout by very helpful and polite staff. Each person that came to the house when the work started was punctual, well mannered and worked hard in a professional manner. Total home Windows and Doors put in new windows and front door in my home. They did a great job. They exceeded my expectations and were very informative. As a customer, you want to know what you're getting, how to care for the product, etc. Anna, the sales person, comes by and is very personable as well as the people working there; knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. I have already recommended them to my friends. If I have another project, I will definitely call them again!
