Originally submitted a negative review due to what I considered an unfair cost for a few minutes work. Faith restored in ethics of company. Received call from Ray (the tech who performed the repair) who explained the way the industry works. My apologies to both Ray and the company. The work was done promptly and satisfactorily (within hours of calling) - as a senior, I obviously have to get used to the cost of doing business today. Roland P. Ancaster
