great company if you run out of water call and they deliver same ore next day,for a very little extra cost i think its about 3$ more then normally charged

My wife and I recently built a new house. We purchased a water softener from our builder and we had a few problems with it. Twice while refilling the water tank it emptied on to our basement floor, flooding it. We had to have it removed because of the problems it was causing.

We contacted Culligan because our neighbour recommended them to us. A representative came to our house and discussed the different units available as well as different options. We choose the system that we thought suited our needs the best. Along with the Water Softener we decided to get a Water Purifier. Culligan contacted us a few days later to set up an appointment for installation, the following week.

The installer came to our house on time and completed the installation in a very professional manor. we had a water spout installed in our Quartz kitchen counter with no difficulties.

I would highly recommend Culligan!

Woke up to a huge puddle in the basement. Traced it to the water softener value. The lady who responded explained how to bypass the system very clearly, so it was no longer an immediate problem. They scheduled to be out later in the week, and arrived on time. I'd give them the full five stars, but it seemed a bit pricey for the part. So to sum up: expensive, but good service.

I moved into a different house that had an existing water softener in it. The softener wasn't working so I called Culligan to take a look at it to see if it's fixable. They charged me $135.45 to look at it. I paid the guy $136 cash and he checked off paid by cash on the receipt. We later got a letter saying that we owe them $135.45, so I called and was told by someone there that they got a new computer system and to ignore the bill. Then a month later I got an overdue notice. After a few more phone calls and scans of the receipt (which I also believe is proof that the balance was paid in full by cash - it did say paid with cash), they had to talk to the rep that came to my house and see where they were out $135.45 to see that I indeed paid it. Awful. In the midst of all of this they sent a high pressure sales person to try and sell us a new water system. 0 stars for sure.

Well we are very happy with our water filtration unit, but the service / warranty leaves something to be desired. The water spout for our unit has a water quality monitor which quit working, no problem as it is on warranty right? The problem there is that they would not give you the new tap without a house call of 129.00. So now he arrives and confirms it is the tap and states as it is on warranty it will be replaced at no charge for the tap, but the labor is 60.00. So I find out that the tap would cost 100.00 to purchase, but with the warranty it will cost 129.00 for the house call and 60.00 to install for a total of 189.00 ?? for a 100.00 tap that I could easily replace in 15 minutes. So moral of the story is beware of the warranty

We had a great experience with Culligan. Their sales guy was very informative. He was able to answer all of our questions that we had about the water softener. When the guys came out to the house to install they came on time and did a great job. Thanks.

I had the top of the line water softener installed 2-3 months ago. The water is quite a bit softer. I was attracted to the unit because of its remote features that give you salt and regeneration information. I can bybass the unit with the push of a few buttons from the remote. As far as I know its the only unit on the market that has those features.
