Camco Mechanical came out to repair the air conditioner evaporator coil. The coil was covered under warranty but the install was not. They did a great job getting it back up and running for us.
We have used a Hotsy pressure washer at home and at work for about 10 years. The unit still works like the day it was new. I reccomend the Hotsy brand for sure.
Dirt steam cleaning has done the carpets and chairs at home and at work for a few years now. They have always done a good job with them. I recommend them for sure,
Had a broken dead bolt lock and needed to keep the same key. Tech came by 20 min after calling and had it repaired in another 20 min. Fantastic service.
Called them and said the line to the septic tank was froze. (It has happened before). They sent out a truck Friday afternoon and did not have the right equipment for a frozen line. The guy said he would be back first thing monday morning. Monday noon he shows up and frees the line $730 later.

I was one of the technicians that attended your business on February 11th. First I would like to thank you for your patience as for this job in particular there is special equipment needed that we cannot keep in the trucks in the winter due to the fact that the equipment can freeze and damage. In situations like yours we will first come out and see if anything can be done before we have to go through the time and your expense of bringing out our more expensive equipment. I did say on Friday that I would be at your business first thing Monday morning. I apologize for not being there was I said I would as it took me longer then expected to get and test all the equipment needed for this job.
Rhino mechanical did the in floor heating in our basement, garage and tile floors on the main floor. I was happy with the heating of the high Efficiency unit. It can pretty much heat the whole house, I am happy with the system.
Just in time furnace did the service and parts replacment of our furnace. We bought the service special through Groupon. For the work they did and the parts that were replaced it was very reasonably priced.

I had the top of the line water softener installed 2-3 months ago. The water is quite a bit softer. I was attracted to the unit because of its remote features that give you salt and regeneration information. I can bybass the unit with the push of a few buttons from the remote. As far as I know its the only unit on the market that has those features.
I was pleased with the level of selection and service from Cartwright. There was a large amout of lighting that was sale priced, this kept the costs lower and the quality higher. The sales rep was very helpful to us. I recomend this buisness.
Our builders sub did the insulation in the house. We were getting frost spots on the ceilings when it was really cold -30c. Bim from Ideal inspected there job. There were low spots, areas that no insulation like around the chimney and the crest of the vaulted ceilings. They repaired all the mistakes and upgraded to an R40. Job well done ! Thanks

Living out in Lyalta can get really windy. This past winter we had gusts up to 140km/hr. Most of the houses in the area had a lot of shingles blown off. Not our roof done by Versatile! Great job.
