Awesome inspector! He was very informative and loved the visual work he presented us with, he knew what he was doing and was very approachable and very friendly! Would highly recommend.

Excellent service in every respect. Although the gentleman works briskly, he was on-site for close to four hours. (I've seen inspections that barely take one hour.) He was meticulous and courteous throughout. Excellent at explaining problems and remedies. He was also very fair in assessing whether something was a serious problem or not. It's evident that this gentleman has mastered his trade and enjoys it. He's also quite honest. I thought I should have paid him more based on the size of the house, but he refused to take the additional $50 I thought he was owed. It was kind of like a friend refusing to let you pay for you lunch at Tim's.

The home inspector was very friendly. He was very transparent and honest, and was very meticulous in inspecting for issues with the home. As I was a first-time home buyer, he also provided me with lots of useful tips for maintaining my home for the future, especially with technical details such as the furnace and the electrical box. The inspector provides us a professional inspection report with nice illustrations and pictures so I can easily figure out where the problems are. The inspector also give us some helpful suggestions on the report that indicates what need to do within different timeframe.
