Excellent service in every respect. Although the gentleman works briskly, he was on-site for close to four hours. (I've seen inspections that barely take one hour.) He was meticulous and courteous throughout. Excellent at explaining problems and remedies. He was also very fair in assessing whether something was a serious problem or not. It's evident that this gentleman has mastered his trade and enjoys it. He's also quite honest. I thought I should have paid him more based on the size of the house, but he refused to take the additional $50 I thought he was owed. It was kind of like a friend refusing to let you pay for you lunch at Tim's.
