Rick was wonderful. Very thorough and explained everything. He shows up half an hour early and started his inspection before I arrived. He points everything out during the walk through and explains why or why not something is done a certain way. Very knowledgable and has all the right tools. Highly recommended.

Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived early to start the inspection on the exterior and we spent close to 3 hours going over everything in detail. We had very little knowledge going in but Rick explained things very well and included visual aids when necessary. He kept his assessment both professional and realistic which was appreciated.

Rick was incredible and very thorough. He went over every little thing and taught us a lot along the way. Very friendly, VERY knowledgeable. The repost is very detailed and thorough as well. We feel very comfortable about purchasing our new home now and can budget for some repairs that might need to be done in the next 5 years which is great! Rick came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to anyone else.
