Very happy with the recommendation, assistance, delivery and after sales customer service. The BBQ had some problems which the manufacturer was somewhat ignorant to address the problem. So I called back the store, explained the problem and the Store manager McKenzie was extremely helpful and ensured that it was taken care by their end. Same day parts where supplied. He was very polite and apologetic and ensured that he will make sure that everything will meet my expectations. Can't ask more. Very happy with my transaction.

I was looking for a faucet for my outdoor sink which I purchased from a different store but was unable to get any help so I went to Lowes and with the help of an associate we sourced exactly what I was looking for. Lowes now gets all my home and garden business. they have great customer service well trained people and the prices are very competitive. Shopping at Lowes was the right decision.

Our dishwasher broke down after 10 years of use. It was a KitchenAid as well so we decided to stay with the same brand. After doing some research we decided to go with this one. The associate we dealt with offered mediocre service. He offered to help us, but we could feel the sales pressure like he was on commission or something, trying to upsell the warranties, etc. When we installed the dishwasher at home it worked pretty well but we had to take the racks out and replace it with our old ones because the new ones did not hold the dishes very well - limited much of the space. This product is okay but probably not one of the top of the line appliances out there.

I had a contractor from this lowes to come to my house for a electric fixture.The Quality of the service was very friendly and nice.The Contractor was absolutely friendly with everyone and finished the work in a couple of minutes.For The Price of 75$ approximately,I Thought it was a great deal and the time taken was a glance.The Approximate time taken for this project was about 10-25 minutes at the most.Thank You Lowes for this great service.I would recommend this service to anyone who wants a small electric fixture and wants it done fast.

Store associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in aiding us in our decision for carpeting. We had just finished the basement in our new home and wanted carpeting.

We were able to get in on their special promotion for free installation. The carpet we wanted had to be ordered as it was not a stock item. There was a limited amount of the carpet we wanted so the associate called the factory to reserve it so we would be assured to have enough.

The installer also came to our house to ensure an accurate measurement was made of the area to be carpeted.

The installer was prompt for our appointment and when they were done, had us walk through to ensure it was satisfactorily. As well, they asked if we wanted to keep the remnants or wanted them to take them for disposal for us. Prior to leaving, the installers cleaned and vaccuumed everything.

We were so satisfied we recommended Lowe's installation services to my sister, who also hired them to carpet her basement.
