Tower Contracting installed an overhead system of cable, bungee cord and pulleys used as part of an electronic scoring system in a fencing club. This was installed in a gym with a 20' ceiling .

This was a custom job that they completed quickly in the way we wanted. The estimated time to complete the job was accurate. Before they left, they took us through their work in detail to make sure we were satisfied.

We were very happy with their work and would hire them for other projects in the future.

Steve and team were professional quick and exceeded my expectations. They gave great council and suggestions for the project, very easy to deal with on time and reliable. I have already begun to recommend the tower contracting to friends and you are missing an opportunity at competitively priced quality work if you do not call upon them. I have worked with a lot of contractors in my career and I would rate very few as high as tower contracting.

We called 3 companies/contractors for our basement project, we hired Steve because his contract is more a lump sum cost than the other 2 and some recommendations he presented during the estimate suggested he is a detail oriented craftsman. Our project took about 3 months to complete (subtract Christmas break), overall it was very smooth and worry free, there were only few things we wish they could be done differently, all these issues would be avoided if we were at job site everyday and to communicate with the contractor, but this is unlikely for most of us, thus no fault to Steve whatsoever. I would highly recommend Tower Contracting if you seek quality work, I doubt his quote would be the lowest (not in our case either), if his cost is higher than the others and still in your budget or his contract suits your better, I would say you will be most likely more satisfied for hiring him.

Steve is a professional & I would highly recommend him. We found Tower Construction by researching contractors on line & looking for the best. This site came up & I liked what was written about the company. He gave us a quote, followed through on all that was written & accomplished all the curve balls I gave him. Like changing the paint 3 times in our bathroom, and taking down & putting up tile that I had changed my mind on. He had total access to our home when we were not there for a week & we rightly trusted him.
Steve renovated 2 bathrooms & they turned out beautifully. Next is the kitchen!

Steve was able to come out and quickly identify the issues I was having and within 4 days he had a team out to my house. Great work and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Tower Contracting!

We own a duplex in Inglewood that we were having issues with a window that was leaking. Complicating the matter is the fact that we live out of province in BC. We have a property mgt firm but have not been happy with the quotes or quality of repairs. So I started researching on the internet and I found Steve at Tower Contacting. I phoned him up, he went out looked at the window, gave me a quote, and fixed it. He then sent me an email with pictures showing me the progress of the repair and final job. This all took place over about 3 weeks. Steve was professional and he gave me great confidence in dealing with him. I would not hesitate to phone him again. I highly recommend.

2 years ago we bought a 50's home in highlands. It needed a complete renovation and we did most of the work ourselves on the main floor parsing out some specific tasks to contractors as we went. Last fall we decided we wanted to have a contractor in to do the bulk of the renovating upstairs in our loft. We actually found Steve initially on Homestars. He had great reviews so we gave him a call. I knew Steve was going to be great after the first call, he seemed genuinely interested in the project and asked all kinds of questions that showed me he knew what he was talking about.

My wife is a nurse and works primarily nights so I knew it was going to be hard for our contractor work around our schedule. This was absolutely not the case, Steve was extremely accommodating to our schedule.

With most of the other contractors we hired along the way we always found ourselves battling with them not showing up on time or at all. Steve was there on time, every-time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered my countless questions with ease. His pride and quality of workmanship FAR surpassed that of any other contractor we had in. Any time he had another one of his subcontractors come in to do work he would always call after to ask how it went and to make sure we were happy with their work.

Overall we literally could not have asked for a better contractor; it felt like we had a good friend we've known forever working on our place. If I could, I would give him 20 stars!

Steve did a fantastic job on our basement. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. The trades people he brought in were professional and courteous and seemed to be extremely skilled. We would certainly hire Tower Contracting again for any future renovations.

Steve helped us renovate a basement and eventually turn it into an income suite!! His team was professional and his target price was exact! No overages and on time is a rarity in Esmonton these days
