We are extremely happy with the work Tower Contracting did for us. In the winter of 2014 we had serious ice damming, resulting in interior and exterior damage to our home. Steve developed a customs plan for our 60 year old home to develop a custom plan to deal with the problem. We had a new roof put on, new ventilation and insulation, as well as new windows and siding installed. Steve uses very reliable trades people. He was good to communicate what work was being completed at which point in the process, and coordinated with other contractors we had working on the interior of our home at the same time. We were anxious to have the work completed, and Steve ensured that the work was done in a timely fashion, without sacrificing the quality of the work. We were provided with a detailed estimate at the beginning, which was adhered to. We would definitely use Tower Contracting for any other projects, and we would happily recommend him to our friends and family.

Steve replaced two picture windows in our fourplex. The job included some on the fly redesign involving roof mods and a new rough opening. Steve had no problem We appreciated his efficiency, skill and fairness (nothing ever goes as planned). I highly recommend Steve.

Tower Contracting started and completed our new basement development on schedule and by the estimate provided. All trades workers were extremely professional, on-time and highly skilled. The construction process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Tower Contracting

We really liked Steve's professionalism (he shows up on time for appointments) and particularly the fact he communicated so well with us (promptly responded when we had questions, gave us good suggestions and his honest opinion on what would work and what wouldn't, etc.)

You can tell that Steve cares about the quality of his workmanship and wants to make sure the job is done right. Once he got to work on our backyard he was very efficient, was done on time, and left no mess. We also felt the price he charged was very reasonable, especially in light of his outstanding work.

The work done to finish out house came in under budget, and under the timeline. The care and quality of the workmanship was more than we could have hoped for when looking for a contractor. Steven was understanding, receptive and accommodating to changes and requests made along the way. I was impressed with the choice and supervision of all subcontractors along the way as well. This is a company we're keeping in contact with for any and all future projects, big or small.
