Palmview remodeled the basement of our 80 year old home. We are very happy with the results and would certainly call on them again.
The team insulated and dry walled, installed a new floor throughout, designed built-in shelves, upgraded the electrical and carried out a host of other upgrades. Our 1940s basement has been transformed into an inviting modern space complete with new powder room and a nicely organized laundry room.
The team, Raff, Tony and Jeff and others were pleasant and responsive. Our change orders didnt phase them at all. Raff even researched and designed a lovely new fireplace mantel and surround for the main floor which was not part of the project.
In all, a great company.

We had an excellent experience working with Palmview for our kitchen reno! The design team was great, and helped us really define our vision. Once the renovation was underway, we were really impressed with the communication and attention to detail the project team and Tony, our lead contractor had with our project. Our cabinetry had a couple of minor imperfections when it arrived, which were resolved quickly and without issue, which really spoke volumes for the integrity of the business for us. The kitchen was on time and within budget, and the final product is absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend their services.

Throughout the process the interior designer that I worked with knew exactly what I was looking for, and sourced quality products for the project. When all was said and done, I was presented with a 3D rendering that exceeded my expectations in the potential of my bathroom And with a great contractor the end results If the renovation resulted in a new bathroom looking exactly as the 3D rendering that was presented to me.

I hired Palmview to remodel a powder room and update our hallway floor. While I am happy with the finished product, I found the process of working with this company left a lot to be desired. There were big gaps in communication, especially during the design phase. After giving my deposit and having a call with a designer, I found myself sending multiple follow up emails with nobody responding, at one point for almost 3 weeks. It took almost 2 months to complete the design process which was frustrating because I knew exactly what I wanted so its not like a lot of back and forth was needed to settle on design choices, it simply took this long because nobody responded to any communications. Because of this, multiple pieces that I had my heart set on went out of stock from their suppliers, leaving me to source them myself to ensure that my vision came to life and also to make sure that we did not continue to get delayed.

When it came to the actual labour, Mike worked quickly and efficiently but again, there was very little communication about what was happening on a day to day basis. Every time I asked a question to him or Raf I felt like a nuisance which is not ideal when someone is in your home. The company did not order enough tiles and did not properly communicate costs with me. This issue was resolved and rectified quickly, however the whole thing left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I felt that since this was a smaller scale project, the focus wasnt there as they seem to be taking on much bigger jobs. Overall, Im pleased with the final result but the process could certainly have gone better.

We hired PalmView to manage all phases of a full gut renovation of our condo bathroom. We are very happy with the results!
We started by interviewing several companies who do renos, and we were confident about choosing PalmView after meeting with Raff.
We enjoyed working with Emily on the design. Before our meeting with her, we sent along a document describing our likes and dislikes in terms of design and materials and some pictures we found as examples of the overall "look and feel" we were going for. We could tell from the first meeting that she had actually taken the time to read the document, and with a few meetings she was able to show us a rendering that we loved! The finished product looks EXACTLY like the rendering, and we could not be more thrilled. We didn't think our tiny space could end up looking so beautiful, and also feel larger. All the finishes they recommended to us are very beautiful and of high quality.
Our project manager, Milan, was very professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. One thing (in addition to how well the work was done) that really impressed us - the day they demo'd the bathroom and brought in all the materials, they finished sooner than expected, and most importantly, when they were finished, there was not a speck of debris to be seen in the condo hallways and elevator. Our condo superintendent was monitoring for this and he was very pleased, which was really great for us. When living in a condo, how these things are managed is very important to keep cordial relations with your neighbors. We really appreciated that.
The project was mainly uneventful, except there were a few mistakes / issues that arose near the end. This was unfortunate, but the main thing we have to say about that, is that the team took full ownership of the issues and worked diligently to get them solved to our complete satisfaction.
