Our 2 bedroom basement rental suite was a complete success! The secondary entrance looks as if the house was originally built with this addition. Steve's quote was as promised and the build was completed with no time restaints. Steve was always prompt at returning all calls, texts and emails. He even replied to some questions I had during his vacation time. Overall we are very satisfied with the final product. Steve and his team did a WONDERFUL job installing our cooktop and downdraft fan.

It was installed in our kitchen island - which was tiled, thus when the opening needed to be widened, he needed to cut through the tile, and he did so in a way where the tiles were not damaged.

The job was done within a day, and in any downtime they found other small jobs that I needed done around the house, and addressed them after seeking my permission. They had many helpful suggestions that I agreed to use.

We had had another contracter orginially, who had said the work was too tricky - so Steve made a tough job look easy!

We hired Tower Contracting to renovate a 1970’s guest house on our property and also relocate the laundry area from our garage into the back landing area of our house.

We initially selected Tower Contracting as Steve was quick to respond to our inquiry, clearly understood what we were looking for after coming over to look at the projects, and was flexible in allowing us to complete some of the work (some demo and finishing) unlike some other contractors we had spoken to.

Throughout the project, Steve was always happy to answer questions. These interactions further demonstrated his vast knowledge of construction and gave us confidence that we had chosen the right company to work with.

We had a few unexpected surprises once we got through the demo stage of our project. Steve was excellent at recommending solutions when new issues would arise. We were also very appreciative of the attention to detail that Steve and Chris both demonstrated in their work.

Another aspect of working with Tower Contracting we liked was the solid network of sub-trades Steve works with. We were very comfortable with everyone that came to the site and all suppliers seem very strong in their specializations.

After a drawn out home renovation, we really needed to get some painting and other finishings completed so we could list it.
Steve came in and quickly took care of these things and some extras.

We couldn't be happier with Steve Tower's work on our basement renovation. In the planning stage, Steve made several very helpful suggestions that resulted in an improved renovation plan. The work was completed on time and within budget, even after Steve found two cracks in our foundation (which he was able to get fixed professionally on very short notice). Working with Steve and his assistant Chris was very enjoyable and we could tell that they were committed to exceeding our expectations.

We were also very impressed with the follow up Steve provided. We had a leak in our basement subsequent to the renovation which had nothing to do with the renovation itself. Even though the leak was not in any way related to his work, Steve rushed to our house to lend us his industrial fan and dehumidifier. His timely assistance made the difference between a minor inconvenience and a major disaster.
