We had Frank come over for the inspection of a property we were buying. He took time to explain all the items being looked into with detailed explanations. Overall an informative and positive experience.

Jason and I would like to thank Steve and Serena for all they have done to make our first home buying experience great. They are both very professional and very accommodating. They are a great team.

Steve had done our home inspection. Steve had arrived 15mins before us and was already at work. He brought us up to speed with what he had done so far. Steve was very thorough with his inspection and he didn't miss a beat.

What we appreciated was that he made it a learning experience for us. He is very patient, especially with all the questions we had. We received our pictures in no time. The report and helpful dvd was given on the spot. We are glad we made the right choice. We couldn't be happier and we would definitely recommend him to everyone.

It’s not often that we have the opportunity to write a letter of appreciation for someone. However, this is the case, and we would like to share our experience with you.

Earlier this fall we had the opportunity to deal with Steve when purchasing our home. We are and will be forever grateful to him for assisting us in the undertaking of our home inspection.

When we heard about people hiring a Home Inspector to check out potential homes, we thought why? Then it occurred to us that perhaps we should hire a home inspector because lets face it, it is and will probably be the biggest investment we make and we are so thankful that we did. We didn’t buy the first house after Steve’s Inspection of the property because of a huge violation in the Building Code. The second house had a water leak that essentially had caused mold. The third inspection went great and we purchased our dream home, and we love it! Without the knowledge and expertise that Steve brought along we could have potentially been living in an unsafe environment – we would have never known, by just signing the deal. Please don’t just sign the deal…call Steve.

Steve went through the house with a fine tooth comb and detailed everything in writing for future reference. In addition to that, he spoke to us on each and every concern along the way, so that we as his clients were comfortable and understood what he was doing. He is very professional and has an abundance of knowledge to share with you as his clients.

We would recommend and have recommended Steve to all of our friends. And now to you. If you are unsure don’t be. Steve put our minds at rest and saved us from one disaster to the next.
