April 4, 2013 Jason and I would like to thank Steve and Serena for all they have done to make our first home buying experience great. They are both very professional and very accommodating. They are a great team. Steve had done our home inspection. Steve had arrived 15mins before us and was already at work. He brought us up to speed with what he had done so far. Steve was very thorough with his inspection and he didn't miss a beat. What we appreciated was that he made it a learning experience for us. He is very patient, especially with all the questions we had. We received our pictures in no time. The report and helpful dvd was given on the spot. We are glad we made the right choice.
