Express Appliance Service

I got Express Repair out to repair my washing machine. They needed a part and came back a few days later. That was fine. He installed the wrong part on my machine and told me I would have to wait a few weeks for the proper part. Repairman told me he fixed it enough so that it would work for a couple of months. It did not last past one load of washing. I called them back but they would not answer my calls. I finally left a message for them to cancel him coming back for the repair as I did not trust them to fix it properly. I did ask if we could speak about what I had paid because in addition to paying for the washing machine I had pre-paid for new lights be installed in my fridge. Needless to say they did not call me back and I did not get a refund. The next day I called a different repair company and they fixed my washing machine in about 30 minutes and it cost $60.00. I wouldn't use them again.

John fixed my two tenant's dryer and dishwasher. He was quick in responding and even followed up on the job. I, as a landlord, called and wanted to confirm the work that was done and he was very helpful and called me back with the details. I will be keeping his number handy for any future repair work for my rentals and my home.
